Great apartment, super clean, well organized and well equipped, the problem is the noise from the neighbors in the block and the area outside the building, great internet, great checkout time, only the location is far from the beaches and the historic center, but there is a cash-and-carry store right in front, which is great.

Excellent location, with accommodations that exceeded our expectations! Special thanks to the host with whom we had good communication from the beginning. Location near the city's main points. Everything is very good. My husband and I only have good things to say.

Overall, the accommodations are very good, a nice and clean hambient. The host responds quickly and politely.

You can go without fear… the place is very clean… new air-conditioning, good bed, the place is close to a restaurant, bakery and pharmacy… Uber picks you up and leaves you at the door. Claudio is an amazing guy, very good people, we even went out to lunch nearby.. I really enjoyed it, I'll be back more often. I felt at home

Our stay was great! We stayed 4 days, the place had everything we needed, the kitchen is super complete, although it only has a minibar, we were able to store everything we needed and it cooled super well! Everything was clean, smellsy and organized! The hosts are very kind, welcoming, were flexible with our arrival, were ready for any need! The place is super spacious, with a large area with a shared pool, and very quiet, we felt at home!

Mari is a sweetheart, super helpful! He gave us all the necessary instructions and even more so that we had a good stay. The property is identical to the photos advertised, very cozy and comfortable and everything was very clean and organized (it even smelled good!) We had some unforeseen events due to the tide, but nothing that a little patience couldn't overcome. The location in relation to the sea is perfect, literally on the sand; now in relation to the trendiest part of the island and the center it is a little distant. We wanted to rest, so it was perfect! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The apartment is in a great location, very safe and quiet, and close to the beach and excellent restaurants. The view of the place is beautiful, from the balcony we have a panoramic view of the beach in full. The apartment accommodates 2 couples well, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, and it is well organized and spacious. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few quiet days in São Luiz

I highly recommend the apartment, identical to photos, clean, has basic kitchen utensils, for you to get along well, in the condominium there is a little market with enough stuff, I did not find it so expensive, very useful, clean and smelling bedding, the reception or talking, impeccable, the girl who always attended us very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back more times, the only tip I would give would be to put a bigger mirror for guests, to get ready would make it easier. But otherwise perfect! RECOMMEND
