It is located in the Ponta d'Areia neighborhood, near Jansen Lake and the beach. From the window and balcony, there is a beautiful view of St. Mark's Bay and the lagoon. Near the building, there are great restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, laundries and a gourmet market. Feel at home and enjoy the view.
