Monthly Rentals in Paço de Arcos

The apartment is in a wonderful location, just a short walk from the beach and nice restaurants, perfect for enjoying the sun and sea. The host was also very friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication smooth. We had a lovely time overall and truly appreciated the peaceful setting and the proximity to the beach.

The apartment is spotless clean and has all the amenities one could think of. The views from the terrace, and even from the inside of the apartment are just stunning! Cristina who greeted me at the arrival is a super kind and helpful person 🤩 The town is very beautiful with beaches, restaurants, groceries and a train station just within 5-10 min walking distance too. I loved my stay at this apartment and didn't want to leave 😅 And I already want to come back 🤩 Highly recommended!!!

Our hosts Helena & Nuno, were lovely, helpful & informative, they came up with places to visit that we wouldn’t have known about, in particular Guincho beach & bar (beautiful) Luna the dog was an added bonus for us as we lost our lab a few months ago. Do take notice of their suggested restaurants as they are the best in that area. Be aware it’s hilly, everything is walking distance (supermarket, restaurants etc) however, Paço do Arcos itself is not visually spectacular but the villa is, what it is, is an ideal staging point to travel to Cascais, Sintra & central Lisbon and a lovely quiet hideaway. Quick tip, use the Bolt app to get around cheaply and use the trains as they are very reasonably priced. We would fully recommend you stay here.

Apartment is located just between Cascais and Lisbon so it was a perfect location for us to explore both directions. Apartment had all we needed like kitchenette, coffee and everything needed for shower. There are many free parking spots around the building but it might take a few rounds to find a spot in the weekend or in the evening. Lisbon-Cascais train is around 17mins by foot. During daytime we were slightly disturbed by constructions in the apartment next door and by one of neighbours who was singing every single day. Nothing like that happened at night.
