Condo vacation rentals in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles

We stayed here with family including some elderly folks and everyone agreed it was perfect for us. It felt like a nice hotel apartment with everything being 100% new and obviously a lot of thought put into all of the amenities. Super clean, comfortable & safe. We were there for activities at UCLA and it’s very close and a good value considering the other limited and expensive hotel options. It’s less than 5-10 minutes to UCLA depending on traffic. We visit LA often and I think this is a good central location in general since you can get to so many desirable spots in less than 30 minutes and proximity to the freeway is key for that. The beds and pillows are very comfortable- not too firm but with good support. 2 of the 3 rooms are windowless but there is a good HVAC system for air flow, the TVs are HUGE with DirectTV and streaming options, wifi is fast, the parking garage is tight for navigation but our SUV fit fine in both spots, and the dining area fits 6. Great food options close.

This place was exactly what I needed for my work trip. Quiet, simple, and clean...I could live here and not need much else!

Place is as advertised. What made this a stand-out experience was Linda's clear communication and helpfulness. Right from reservation, she was proactive with directions/instructions on how to make the best of our stay. Linda is also a gracious host. She extended the booking window for her place when we faced issues making payment, checked in with us to make sure we had all we needed, and gave us a later check-out. Very responsive and warm. Thank you Linda!

The view of the beach and the glorious people watching was enough to earn my 5 stars but then we also received wonderful treatment! We were strugglebussing big time parking in the garage space provided (we aren't used to the tight parking that is typical in beach areas) and we were graciously offered and alternative without even having to ask. We were thoroughly happy with the place and would happily stay again!

Check in and check out were very simple, and having a private parking spot was amazing in this part of town, which is otherwise mostly street parking. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this place for my dad and family to come to my graduation. It was the perfect location and had great space. It was a beautiful apartment with lots of space, so people didn't feel on top of each other. The apartment was super clean and welcoming. Sofia provided very clear instructions on how to access and use the space. We left a shirt in the closet and Sofia was so gracious to allow us to go back and get it. Highly recommend staying in this spot.

I stayed at the cutest little apartment during my visit to see my son, who’s in LA for a summer internship—and it was perfect! I brought my daughter along, and we loved having access to the pool and hot tub. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was walkable, including The Grove, which had such an eclectic vibe with amazing restaurants and unique shops. The apartment had all the comforts of home and made our trip that much more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next visit!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sergey’s place. Communication was clear and very responsive. He went out of his way to bring us extra fans for our stay. The apartment felt safe and easy to navigate. Would recommend!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark and Camille’s place! My husband and our dog felt right at home in this cozy, charming space. The studio has a warm, homey feel and is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for dog walks. Mark and Camille were gracious and welcoming hosts, and we truly appreciated the peaceful backyard nook, it was the perfect spot to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pet-friendly getaway.

There is a reason TnT is a superhost! The accommodations were beautiful- well decorated, newly renovated, very clean, nice location. Noise from the airport was not a problem at all (which was a pleasant surprise for me as I am a lite sleeper). The dart board and pool table were nice additions for us on hot afternoons. The special shower in the master was a surprise treat to experience! The instructions were incredibly clear and responsiveness from the host was A+.

I had spent the weekend in downtown LA in the location was pleasant. It felt secure and safe was clean and spacious. The rooftop was added along with having safe parking across the street. I’ll be referring and booking again soon.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

The apartment is the same as the photos posted, easy to find. Everything was tidy and clean, the area has a very pleasant atmosphere to go out to eat and supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Very large living room and very well-equipped kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

Great host very friendly and helped us with an issue we had and made sure we felt safe and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Very beautiful and peaceful Airbnb
