Ubicada en Zona 16 a pasos de Cayala. Casa hermosa, tiene excelentes vistas al area de Cayala, la Ciudad y Volcanes y pronto Embajada Americana en una zona exclusiva. Adicionalmente es vivir en la ciudad pero rodeado de naturaleza ya que da a una reserva boscosa. La casa es fresca y muy acogedora con espacios integrados a la naturaleza y una excelente altura e iluminacion. Lo mas importante es que esta ubicada a pocos minutos de Z.15, Z.10 entre otros y a pocos kilometros de Antigua .

Great space and loved how comfortable everything was, the pool was great. Really enjoyed staying here. I’d just say it would’ve been flawless unless for a check in that took longer and there are no clear instructions on how to get to the pool which is not easy. Besides that, everything was amazing.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! We had a lovely week at Bouga Village . Owner was very easy to get a hold of but we didn’t need much - everything was organized so well and was stocked with all the essentials. We loved our lazy days swimming ( also paddle) and enjoying the view and how close we were to all the towns when we wanted to explore. The views are out of this world and the privacy Bouge Village provides was wonderful. We’d love to come back again and would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Lago Atitlan!

Juan was such an amazing host. He was very responsive, gave great suggestions to local eateries and outings, and was flexible with helping store luggage upon departure. The listing is exactly as described, with wonderful amenities and restaurants and shops in walking distance. The attendants at the concierge desk were also helpful in facilitating our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better host and stay for my first time in Guatemala City. I plan on coming back and rebooking with Juan, because my experience was so amazing. 5 Stars all around!

I had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—with a stunning view of the city that made it feel extra special. I appreciated the clean and peaceful environment, which made it easy to get a great night’s rest. The location was also ideal—just 15 minutes from the airport and close to excellent local restaurants. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout my stay, and check-in was seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
