Located in a residential street, it has a quiet location very close to Interamerican Road and near to downtown (15.5 km), airport (13.8 km), Antigua Guatemala (24.8 km). It's a very comfortable, spacious and nice place, right in the heart of Guatemala City. It has a great view because it's located in the 11th floor. You can find different restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops and touristic places nearby. It has a queen bed, sofa bed, another huge sofa, bathroom with hot water, washer and dryer machine, dining room, a desk where you can work on your computer, Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, HBO and cable TV. There is an EcoFilter for water and a fan. IT INCLUDES PARKING.

Ubicada en Zona 16 a pasos de Cayala. Casa hermosa, tiene excelentes vistas al area de Cayala, la Ciudad y Volcanes y pronto Embajada Americana en una zona exclusiva. Adicionalmente es vivir en la ciudad pero rodeado de naturaleza ya que da a una reserva boscosa. La casa es fresca y muy acogedora con espacios integrados a la naturaleza y una excelente altura e iluminacion. Lo mas importante es que esta ubicada a pocos minutos de Z.15, Z.10 entre otros y a pocos kilometros de Antigua .
