This place is so beautifully maintained, kudos to host. You name one thing and it is available in villa and is in working condition, most of the Airbnb lack that but host Ravi made sure of very small detail. Karaoke’s setup was best thing , had great time with my friends. Would love to visit again.

The property itself is luxurious, exactly as shown and described. It’s spacious, clean and extremely well maintained. All the amenities mentioned in the description are available and in perfect condition. A special mention for the care taker. He is very polite and always available for any kind of help needed. Ashish and his teammates have been very helpful and readily available throughout, clearing any doubts. Overall it was an extremely satisfying and peaceful experience at the property. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay in the lap of nature! This place offers a peaceful escape from the noise and chaos of everyday life. One of the highlights was the beautiful open-air jacuzzi with stunning valley views—soaking in the warm water while watching the sunrise or sunset was an unforgettable experience. Mobile network is quite limited here; only Jio works in certain spots, and even then, you might have to search for a signal. A Jio dongle is provided, though it didn’t work during our visit. If you're coming from Pune, we highly recommend taking the Nasrapur route instead of the Sinhagad–Velhe road, as the ghat section is in poor shape. For directions, searching “Guhini” on Google Maps worked best for us. Caretaker Rambhau was incredibly welcoming and served delicious, homely meals. He took excellent care of us throughout the stay. Though there were a few power cuts, they didn't bother us at all. Perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and relax amidst nature!

Our stay at Deepika's calm serene Farm Stay was truly unforgettable! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the lush greenery and the soothing ambiance of the property with a lily pond at its centre. The rooms were immaculately clean, with plush beds and spotless washrooms that exuded a sense of hygiene, care and comfort. The kitchen was equally impressive, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The real highlight for our kids was the delightful garden, complete with sprinklers that added a playful touch to their stay. But the pièce de résistance was the charming gazebo, perfect for relaxation and taking in the picturesque surroundings. We were warmly welcomed by Deepika's furry friends, a friendly pet dog and cat, who added to the property's charm. And the home-cooked food was simply delicious. What truly made our stay exceptional was Deepika herself. She was a superb host, meticulous in every detail, and incredibly responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

The view from the villa is just amazing. Mornings were made special by so many birds. Their Roof Top swimming pool has a Beautiful Dam and Valley view with no obstruction. The viewing deck is awesome. Cleanliness and hygiene of villa is awesome. The chef caretaker provided us with a Barbeque & nice bonfire. The breakfast was good. The property is truly worth the money.
