A beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious, modern house in an amazing natural setting. Feels secluded but you are near to town and near many touristical attractions. As the house is located at +550 mts above sea level. It has the perfect climate. Chilly at night (you might want to use thin blanket and wear a vest) and during the day you are perfectly of in shorts and a t-shirts without being hot or cold ( about 22 degrees Celsius or 72 Fahrenheit).

I’ll never forget the short time I spent at this hostel. It was my first time staying in one, and I honestly don’t think I could’ve picked a better place for the experience. It was clean, private, safe, delightfully designed, well-maintained, and offered a respectful social environment. On that note, I have to say, I met some of the most beautiful, interesting, and intelligent people I’ve ever come across in my life. I would absolutely love to come back, and I hope I will soon. Consider this a wholehearted recommendation. Don’t overthink it, just book your stay already!

Felt immediately at home upon arrival. Place is clean, has a warm and welcoming feel with plenty of different spots to chill and relax. Cornelius is very friendly and a great host. Even got treated to a music jam session… Great vibe. I would recommend for anyone to stay here, as the place is in a great location to start exploring this very walkable little city. Cornelius also has great knowledge of the city and can give plenty of recommendations for various things. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Thanks guys. Cheers.

My highlight of Nicaragua, one of my favourite stays on Airbnb ever, Eugenia made me feel extremely welcome, her home and garden are beautiful and my room and bed was very comfortable I had the best sleep she even cooked me breakfast which I didn’t even realise was included in my stay, she’s a fantastic cook! It’s such a great location very close to the viewing point for the lake and the village is worth a day to explore, the locals are very friendly. I would highly recommend a stay here, Eugenia’s place is what makes Airbnb great for me I’m very thankful to have found her place! 10/10

Highly recommended! I felt right at home by the warm welcome of Johannes and his family. I only stayed one night but would love to come back here to stay longer. You can see that Johannes has an eye for detail. The place is super clean, tidy and it has a very nice creative vibe. You have more than enough privacy with your own part of the house. You have a private entrance, bathroom and work / chill room. Outside a seat where you can relax and enjoy the monkeys in the trees. Breakfast was great!!
