La pièce principale comprend une cuisine équipée avec coin repas, un séjour avec coin TV et un accès à une terrasse équipée d'une table et de chaises. Un casier à skis vous facilitera le transport de votre matériel de ski. Orienté à l’ouest vous pourrez profiter d’une vue superbe sur le massif de Belledonne.

Alpine Studio Sejour 1 in the heart of the Oisans

A small 4 person studio, in the heart of this family ski station near all amenities including 3 ski lifts, open winter and summer, access to the 249km Grand Domaine. The main living space: sofa bed which converts into a double bed, TV and WiFi, table and four chairs and a small kitchen. Further it has bunkbeds, a bathroom, separate toilet, a large west facing balcony with magnificent views. We own 2 other studios, one opposite and the other on the same corridor. They can be booked together.

Labellisée meublé de tourisme 4*pour 6 personnes, la maison de 3 niveaux a été rénovée pour un séjour alliant le confort au calme d’un petit hameau. La terrasse et le balcon exposés au sud permettent de profiter d’une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. La station de ski d’Oz en Oisans, située à seulement 2,5 km, est reliée aux 250 km de pistes du grand domaine skiable de l’Alpe d’Huez. En été, les cyclistes peuvent grimper les célèbres cols du tour du France ou faire de nombreuses randonnées.

Notre appartement de 33 m2 est entièrement rénové cette année! et situé au cœur de la station piétonne d'Oz. Au rdc, coin montagne avec 2 lits superposes 80*200, la salle de bains avec douche. WC séparé. Au séjour vous trouvez la cuisine bien équipée et un grand canape donnant sur un balcon sud est . A l'étage, la chambre est confortable ( lit 140! et du rangement. Accès au local à ski fermé. Dessous les commerces et la piste reliant les télécabines de l'Alpette et Poutran ainsi que l'ESF.

Modern 4 person ski apartment with stunning mountain views, located in the family friendly Oz ski station. Oz has two gondola lifts providing quick & easy access to the vast Alpe D'Huez Grande Domaine ski area. The main living area has a sofa , TV/DVD player, table & chairs and kitchen area. There is a separate double bedroom, hallway with bunk beds, a bathroom (with shower over bath) and separate toilet. The balcony has a table and seating for four, with uninterrupted mountain views.

Ce logement parfaitement situé offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités de cette station familiale d’Oz-en-Oisans. Le studio peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes: 2 dans un canapé lit convertible dans la pièce de vie et 2 dans le coin montagne à l’entrée dans un lit superposé. Le studio dispose d’un petit balcon vue sur le massif de Belledonne orienté ouest. Il dispose également d’un casier à ski ( idéal pour ranger vélos ou skis)

Ski In/Out with sauna next to ski school/2 lifts

Ski in / out apartment right on the slopes. While skiing (down) there are 2 lifts at 200m and 500m. The children's club is 100 meters away on the slopes befor the first lift. In other words, ideal to drop the children off at school in the morning and then go on a trip. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with each a toilet and a living room with sofa bed. 1 indoor parking is available with direct lift access to the apartment.

Situated in the renowned Alpe d'Huez ski area, with direct access to over 250 kilometers of pistes, this is an ideal destination for both beginners and experienced skiers. The skischool is right next to our building.

Le petit refuge

Enjoy easy access to a host of amenities in this family, friendly resort from this recently renovated, cosy studio. Sleeps 4: 2 in the convertible beds set up as a double or 2 singles in the main area and 2 in the "coin de montagne" in bunkbeds. It has a west facing balcony with magnificent views of the Belledonne and a ski locker. We own another 2 studios on the same corridor which my wife (superhost) has rented since 2020.
