Alpine Studio Sejour 1 in the heart of the Oisans

A small 4 person studio, in the heart of this family ski station near all amenities including 3 ski lifts, open winter and summer, access to the 249km Grand Domaine. The main living space: sofa bed which converts into a double bed, TV and WiFi, table and four chairs and a small kitchen. Further it has bunkbeds, a bathroom, separate toilet, a large west facing balcony with magnificent views. We own 2 other studios, one opposite and the other on the same corridor. They can be booked together.

Oz26 - your luxurious alpine escape

Part of the Orée des Pistes development in Oz en Oisans our 2-bedroom Oz26 apartment offers year-round availability in the "Grande Domaine" resort connecting Alpe d'Huez, Oz en Oisans and Vaujany.  The apartment is directly on the slopes and is ski-in, ski-out. The apartment was constructed in 2019 and provides all you would expect from a modern winter and summer apartment complex.  We worked carefully with a specialist chalet interior designer to ensure the best level of comfort possible.

Inside, you'll find: * entrance with storage * small bedroom: 2 bunk beds 190*90 + 1 pull-out bed * Bathroom with bathtub * separate toilet * living room with: kitchenette, sleeping area with double bed, living room with sofa bed, balcony In season, you will find: Supermarket, restaurant, bar, laundromat, daycare, Tourist Office, ESF... Ski lifts a few meters from the apartment.

Ski In/Out with sauna next to ski school/2 lifts

Ski in / out apartment right on the slopes. While skiing (down) there are 2 lifts at 200m and 500m. The children's club is 100 meters away on the slopes befor the first lift. In other words, ideal to drop the children off at school in the morning and then go on a trip. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with each a toilet and a living room with sofa bed. 1 indoor parking is available with direct lift access to the apartment.

Our cozy apartment, located in the car-free center of Oz-en-Oisans, has everything you need for an unforgettable mountain retreat! Situated in the renowned Alpe d'Huez ski area, with direct access to over 250 kilometers of pistes, this is an ideal destination for both beginners and experienced skiers. The skischool is right next to our building.

The little refuge

Enjoy easy access to a host of amenities in this family, friendly resort from this recently renovated, cosy studio. Sleeps 4: 2 in the convertible beds set up as a double or 2 singles in the main area and 2 in the "coin de montagne" in bunkbeds. It has a west facing balcony with magnificent views of the Belledonne and a ski locker. We own another 2 studios on the same corridor which my wife (superhost) has rented since 2020.

Studio Les Rousses

This perfectly located accommodation offers easy access to all the sites and amenities of this family resort of Oz-en-Oisans. The studio can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 in a sofa bed in the living room and 2 in the mountain corner at the entrance in a bunk bed. The studio has a small balcony overlooking the Belledonne mountain range facing west. It also has a ski locker (ideal for storing bicycles or skis)
