Nydelig plass med gåavstand til friluftsområder og badeplasser.Barnevennlig område og gåavstand til barnehage med fine lekeplasser og terapibad. Nærmeste badeplass er rett over gaten, ca 200 m fra huset. Solrik tomt.

Villa Solhaug ligger idyllisk til på Bjorøy utenfor Bergen. 10 delikate rom med 2-4 senger pr rom. 2 rom eget bad. Stort kjøkken med plass til selskaper opp til ca 50 personer i moderne, hyggelige omgivelser, stue med sjøutsikt og plass til sofagrupper eller langbord for ca 20 personer. Stuen har utgang til hagen. Hage med spabad og egen kai. Kort vei til Cornelius restaurant, kjent fra The menu. Aktiviteter: Biljard, bordtennis, brettspill, kajakk, SUP. Mulig med catering eller kokk på huset.

A villa/house 12 minutes from Bergen city center by car. It is spacey and has a great location with the most amazing view from both the kitchen and living room windows (see pictures) and all three bedrooms! A great cinema room with large screen and surround system. The villa is located by the sea with a large garden, multiple private areas for barbecuing, dining and recreation, private quay where you can sunbathe or go swimming.

Here you have plenty of space, beautiful sea view and your own boat nearby. basically there are 6 bedrooms with double beds. But it is possible to adapt the bedrooms with other beds or baby cot.
