Welcome 😊 Here you can enjoy nature and comfort in beautiful surroundings! The apartment has a separate entrance, at the end of our detached house. Private indoor pool in a separate building for the use of guests. The pool is heated from winter vacation until November. In the winter you can rent without a pool – lower price. Exercise on a treadmill and elliptical machine. Infrared sauna in the boathouse is included in the rent. We lend out kayaks and paddleboards. Boat with fishing equipment can be rented upon agreement. Use of equipment is at your own risk.

Villa

Relax with the whole family in the idyllic house on a small farm in Øygarden. The place has a large patio and nice views of Hjeltefjorden. To Bergen city center 30 min. and to Kollsnes 15 min. The shopping center is only 8 minutes away by car. There are many good hiking trails for those who like to hike! Several playgrounds in nature for families with small children. For the fishing enthusiast, there are opportunities both from land and from boat. If you want to rent a kayak for a day or a weekend, it can be booked at Øygarden Kayak Center.

Villa

Exclusive villa in scenic surroundings with proximity to many of Sotra's popular mountain hikes. Quiet neighborhood with 100 meters to bus stop and 20 minutes by car to Bergen city center. Proximity to Sotra Golf course The home is a mecca for families with children with its own playroom/gaming room, private playground, trampoline and large garden. You also have access to a jacuzzi, ice bath/cold water ball, barbecue, different lounge areas and garage gym. Lovely swimming opportunities at Morlandsvannet which is just nearby.

Classic villa

Only about 25 minutes drive to Bergen city. There is room for several families here, with 8 beds, with the possibility of 12 guests by borrowing an extra double inflatable mattress of good quality. Four bedrooms are equipped with TV, and three with sofas, these can also be used as beds for children. Child-friendly area and walking distance to kindergarten with nice playgrounds and therapy pool near by. The nearest swimming area is right across the street, about 200 m from the house. Sunny plot

Nice child-friendly detached house in a cozy neighborhood, just a few minutes walk down to the sea for swimming, crab fishing etc. Panorama Hotel just a few minutes away by car, offers boat rental, restaurant and coffee bar with fresh baked goods. The house has a trampoline, a large garden with a fire pit, a football goal, a large pool (not heated), gaming equipment, immediate proximity to nice hiking trails right from the house, and a cozy playground in the middle of the residential area.

Great fishing conditions. Dinghy(boat) and kayak (infl). and lot of leisure equipment included (fishing and sports gear). Motorboat ++ can be rented. Sleeps 6 persons in 2 bedrooms (2 & 4single beds). Possibly 2 extra on large sofa. Not suitable for parties, stagnites etc. Must be quiet after 22:00.

Vacation property on Bildøy – long-term rental/second home

Can be rented annually from June 1, 2026, or later – for one year at a time. Unique, modern vacation property close to all amenities and the center of Bergen. A 4-acre secluded plot offers a total sense of freedom. The cabin is located right on the shore of the lake, with excellent swimming and fishing opportunities. Parking by the main road and a 20-minute walk along a path to the cabin. The first rental period will be waived if a subsequent annual agreement is entered into.
