Annex building with fresh apartment suitable for 2 people. The apartment has combined kitchen/ living area and separate sleeping area with double bed ( 180cm). Kitchen has two hot plates, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave available. Coffee maker available. The apartment is equipped with what you need for easier cooking. Sheets and towels are provided, just come and stay comfortably. Train station is about 1 km away by train to Malmö/ Lund/ Helsingborg and Ystad/Simrishamn. Bus stop towards Malmö is near the house.

Pleasant apartment located in an idyllic village about 1 mile outside Malmö. Close to the hiking area Arriesjön and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad about 4 km from here. Bus connection there and to Vellinge town,( only weekdays and not 16 June - 17 August.) Convenience store is located in nearby Västra Ingelstad about 3 km, larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car chargers for electric cars on site. Charging fees are to be paid directly to the host.

When you stay here you will have the house for yourselves. A few rooms are private though. It IS included: Floor 2: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. Floor 1: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing Machine, Clothes dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5m) with table, chairs, umbrella & barbecue. 600m to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200m to city bus stop 1.

Precis utanför bostaden finns även en busshållsplats där du enkelt kan ta dig in till Malmö via buss. Det är det en perfekt bas för att ladda upp batterierna. Boendet har det man behöver för att känna sig hemma så som ett fullt utrustat kök, snabbt Wi-Fi samt bekväma arbetsytor för dem som reser i arbetet

Funkar också alldeles utmärkt när man är på resande fot med närhet till stan på 25 min med kollektivtrafik ( 7 min gång till bussen). Ni har hela huset för er själva med egen ingång, eget sovrum, badrum samt minikök med stolar och bord. A dreamy, bohemian and hospitable home with lots of opportunities for play and socializing for the family! Rings on the top floor rooftop were the daughter's favorite (shared first place with the stud mat) The house is in an idyllic little modern Bulllerby-like area just a few minutes by car into the center of Malmö. I was personally very inspired by the decor of the home. Perfect for families with children who want to experience Malmö/Copenhagen or as in our case: Summer holidays with young children in Beijing park. Incredibly communicative and lovely host who was quick to respond to chat. Bonus with cuddly cats and nice neighbors!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family with kids. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the pool, garden slide and the near by playground. The location was great too, just few minutes drive to a grocery store and 15 minutes drive to the Emporia shopping center. Also, Ebru was very helpful and responsive. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful guest house and the host! Beautiful design, comfortable, and peaceful. Therese is a very welcoming host, very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She also gives great recommendations for things to do in the area. The area itself is quiet and peaceful, with excellent groceries nearby. There are two bus stops within walking distance that can take you into Malmo, and the location is also very accessible by car.

Nice house, just like the pictures. We enjoy a weekend here and we really liked it. Nice and quiet and no more than 20 minutes to malmö. Really recommended
