Isaac Read Cottage—historic Hope property near DWG

JonathanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Annika's Isaac Read Cottage. We wanted a peaceful getaway from the city where we could be surrounded by greenery, and Annika's accommodation provided exactly that. The space was quiet, private, clean, and fully stocked with listed amenities and thoughtful extras like breakfast treats, fresh fruit, locally made bread, vegan butter, jam, orange juice, milk, oats, and coffee. The kitchen appliances were new and high quality, and the provided olive oil and spices made cooking very easy. We enjoyed the Luxury bathrobes. the separate, sunny backyard, and ability to do laundry before we left. Annika was very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. Before our arrival, she provided a downloadable online guide book with every detail of what to expect and helpful information. it made the entire process from check-in to check-out a breeze. The entire experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. We would definitely stay again!
The open living area features large windows offering expansive views of the outdoors. Two leather sofas are arranged around a coffee table on a patterned rug. A prominent chandelier, reminiscent of antlers, hangs from the wood-paneled ceiling, enriching the cozy cabin ambiance.

Cozy Carriage House on 22 private acres near NYC

HeatherRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an amazing stay here! It is the perfect location since it’s right off the highway. The place was clean and so nice and bright. We really enjoyed the snacks that were available, too!!
A dock extends over the calm lake waters, with two individuals in orange and red kayaks, and one on a stand-up paddleboard. Lush green trees frame the scene, while sunlight reflects on the water's surface, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Lake in the Front, State Forest in the Back

CaylynRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had a great time! It’s very cozy, quaint and quiet. There’s a very small driveway/parking spot which was very nice because there is not really a shoulder area to park, it’s a narrow road. The steps going up are chipped and we did trip and fall but they warn you about that on the listing, you just have to watch your step. Everything was very clean, no bugs, the beds were perfectly safe and they even had toys delivered for my toddler. The lake was not “unusable”, there was a temporary swimming ban due to a bloom of algae. There’s nothing you can do about Mother Nature but they warned us ahead of time. They’re so close to the Land of Make Believe which is a toddler amusement park. There are curtains in the bedrooms that give you privacy from the neighbors but the rest of the house doesn’t have curtains. The views were beautiful and we didn’t feel like we were being watched at all. It’s a cozy lake house and you’re there for the views and the water. I would book again!

Pickle Farm

DonaldRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Pickel Farm is the sort of rental you hope for when renting an AirBnb. Lovingly cared for and maintained, the house is a home, not just a rental. The grounds are beautiful - tranquil location but minutes from Peapack (great coffee, restaurants...). We stayed with our three kids and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We'll miss Pickle Farm and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the area.

Mountain Views • Hot Tub • Sauna • Seclusion

We just spent the weekend at this incredible cabin and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and thoughtfully designed the space is. The interior is stunning—warm, welcoming, and perfectly curated. It’s the kind of place that instantly feels like a retreat. What makes it truly special is how it blends rustic charm with luxury. The beds are super comfy, the living space is cozy yet stylish, and everything feels intentional. Outside, the patio with the hot tub and TV was perfect for relaxing day or night. We loved the fire pit area—it’s beautifully built and great for evenings under the stars. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and feel totally recharged. On top of it all, Ross was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and clearly dedicated to making guests feel at home. We’d 100% come back and recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a luxurious yet laid-back escape. It’s a true gem!
