Beautiful location. Nestled in the rolling green hills of Northern Kentucky, this peaceful bungalow sat on a small farm with horses, ducks, turkeys, goats, and chickens that you are able to interact with. Kelly keeps the house extremely clean, has recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and has notes posted around the house for your convenience. Staying true to the Bible Belt of America, Kelly provides a King James Version of the Bible and a list of local churches. Being only 15 or so minutes to the Ark Encounter, this house was a perfect place to stay.

Car navigation took us to the right street but wrong direction, and the cell phone signal wasn't available at that end of the road. However, this was an easy fix with a quick turnaround. Cell phone service at the rental was great with no issues. Scott knew we were checking in late and had the lights turned on and ready for us. He was very responsive to messages. Rental was very tastefully decorated.

Very nice, serene place to relax after a busy day. Was easy getting there due to the instructions Marcia provided. The house was super clean, the sheets were freshly laundered and clean. It felt like home and that made it incredibly easy to relax there. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Very clean house, was very comfortable. Great location to the Ark and about 45 minutes from Lexington. The area was beautiful and very rural but not too far from some good restaurants (loved Beans for breakfast in Williamstown and the distillery district in Lexington, a little bit farther away). We had four kids and two adults and the house was comfortable for all of us. There is only one bathroom but it’s doable. Checkout is a little involved so plan some extra time for that. Pricing very reasonable.
