The house in Rosscarbery was wonderful and located near the beautiful lake, town, and beach. Mary Jo was an excellent host and gave us great recommendations for the area. The place was comfortable and just as pictured. One km down the road from the house was an excellent fish and chip cafe! We grabbed some and went to the beach!! Perfect holiday getaway. HIGHLY recommend.

We recently stayed (3 adults and x2 children), it was home from home. Paula has a lovely home, and her welcome pack was so helpful. House has a great space, right across from the beach, but also beautiful rural views. Her house is well equipped and There was everything you could ever need! We spent a lot of our time visiting family and travelling, so it was lovely to come back to such a nice property. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had two families (9 people) staying for a special occasion. Ages from 12 to 90. The ground floor bedroom with balcony is stunning in the evening. There is so much outdoor space, the kids loved the little football pitch. The location was great, walking distance to the town, the beach and pitch & putt. We had a few queries coming up to the stay and during and all were responded to. We were very lucky to have stayed here.

We chose this location because it was about an hour away in each direction to many places in County Cork that we wanted to visit. Clonakilty wasn’t even on our radar, and we were pleasantly surprised by what an amazing town it is! The “cottage” is adorable (so is their doggie) and very peaceful. I slept soundly in the loft under the skylight listening to the rain. Clever layout and great hosts!
