Located only minutes from Downtown Dallas and less than 10 minutes from the Potters House. The room has two queen size beds, desk, television w/cable and WiFi. Room has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig coffee maker, crock pot and electric skillet. Printer is available for less than 10 sheets at $1 per page. No smoking on property and no pets allowed.

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Dorothea’s lovely home. It was just as described and located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that the room had its own private bathroom and it also came equipped with various amenities including pads which is something I’ve never seen at another Airbnb and was very considerate. She was very responsive and the check in went smoothly. I only saw her once we left and she’s a lovely lady. She also provided local recommendations such as White Rhino coffee house which was a lovely stop before heading back home.

We loved our stay! This house had plenty of space and was in a nice quiet area which was great for coming back and just relaxing after a long hot day at the renaissance fair! Super close to tons of great restaurants and a short drive to beautiful downtown. Waxachie! Would definitely stay here again come next ren fair!

I booked this house for a girls’ getaway with my sister and mom. The house was even better than expected, and we were sad to leave! It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We felt right at home, and it made our time together so sweet. I really appreciate the clear instructions and quick communication with the host. And it was really nice to be out in the country away from noise. 10/10 recommend!
