The guesthouse consists of one large room (with central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combination microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils) and a double box spring. The offer is WITHOUT breakfast. Sometimes it is possible to book 1 night. (BBQ is available for rent)

With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The house is spacious but also cosy and comfortable, with a luxury bathroom, complete kitchen, a woodburner stove and all the other comfort you need. In the middle of the beautiful Vechtdal Overijssel, you will find our beautifully restored farmhouse from 1576. The farm is a national monument and is located on an old farmyard of over 20,000 m2. Organic fruits and vegetables are grown on the farm. There are horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats and many more wild animals. In short: a place for people and children who want to embrace the real outdoors and discover the beautiful area!

Quiet, detached vacation home for 2

It is a separate annex to a farm that is no longer working. We do have 2 Hereford cows and sometimes some extra cows in the meadow. And Snoopy (our dog) is present, but on request he stays inside. Snoopy is a young dog. Suitable for 2 people who can walk stairs. (Beds upstairs) Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, private WiFi, private entrance and private terrace. In the chicken coop, there are four chickens and no rooster.
