The Garden Room has a lot of windows overlooking the garden. A lovely space to be in with a separate bedroom. The bathroom is in the hall. (Here is also the entrance of 1 other apartment with its own bathroom.) In the living room is a dining table with chairs, a sitting area with a large sofa and a kitchen with refrigerator. Coffee and tea are provided. The space is high and there is a staircase that can go down so that the loft could be used. On request, there is room for 2 people here.

Entertainment square, the IJssel, cinema, a lovely park and many restaurants are nearby. There are two double beds, one of which is a special top sleeper. An extra sleeping place for two people can be arranged in the beautiful greenhouse. Lots of space with a luxury kitchen, a spacious roof terrace, various seating areas and a large dining table.

On the outskirts of Emmen towards Klazienaveen, you will find Oranjedorp. At the back of the old farm is this beautiful apartment for 2 people. Cozy, colorful, and rural decor, with all the necessary amenities in over 80m2 with a spacious bedroom. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun, peace and space. Ample parking next to your own entrance. For cyclists, there is a lockable bicycle shed where they can be recharged, so that one can explore the beautiful surroundings well.

In 2021, apartments are been realized in the part of the farm on the first floor. Each apartment consists of 2 floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. Downstairs bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchen. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with bunk beds. Each apartment has a picnic table for 4 people outside. In the city center of Hanzestad Zwolle is this historic, small mansion, where you have a completely private space with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The property dates from 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessible via a staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.
