This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Het Goede Gemoed; to really rest.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Tot de faciliteiten behoren ook Snelle WiFi, een Smart TV (55 inch) en een wasmachine. Gezinnen met baby's of kleine kinderen zijn van harte welkom.

Ook heb je binnen loopafstand een bakkerij, supermarkt, tankstation, en andere voorzieningen. Natuurlijk kun je ook zelf koken in de goed uitgeruste keuken met oven, kookplaat en afwasmachine zodat je niet lang bezig hoeft te zijn met de schoonmaak. Zoals je kunt zien is de woning van alle gemakken voorzien.

Tagsüber habt ihr auch viele Möglichkeiten eure Freizeit zu gestalten da der Stadtpark in 2 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen ist und wir euch Fahrräder zur Verfügung stellen um die berühmte Flamingoroute nach Holland zu erkunden.

We voelden ons hartstikke welkom bij Maaike. De week voor aankomst al meerdere keren even leuk contact! Onze reden van bezoek was deelname aan Enschede marathon en dit was perfect qua uitvalsbasis. Het huis was lekker groot, van alle gemakken voorzien, mooie privé tuin met jacuzzi en in een rustige omgeving. Heel erg genoten van het weekend op deze prachtige plek. Bedankt!🙏

Ontvangst was erg goed je krijgt vantevoren instructies en dan kan je de sleutel uit een kastje halen. Appartement zelf was echt heel erg schoon en netjes en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven!

Mooi huisje en we hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Fijne omgeving en ruime woning. Goede communicatie met Bianca. Er werd snel gereageerd en haar instructies waren duidelijk. We hebben een fijn weekend gehad

Schnuckeliges Häuschen nah am Zentrum zum Relaxen.

Wir haben uns in das Haus und den Garten sofort verliebt 😍. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund 🐕. Jedes Zimmer ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, nicht in der Küche und nicht im Garten. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen (zu Fuß entsprechend etwas länger). Es gibt in der Nähe des Hauses immer wieder Grünstreifen wo sich der Hund lösen kann. Ca. 6-8 Minuten mit dem Auto (Ortsanfang/-ende) gibt es eine wunderschöne Strecke zwischen Feldern um mit dem Hund 🐕 längere Spaziergänge zu machen. Die Strecke wird allerdings auch für Fahrradfahrer benutzt (für Hunde mit Fahrrad Phobie weniger geeignet). Ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto 🚗 ist ein wunderschöner Badesee (der Dreiländersee) mit Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen, Tretbot fahren oder nur faul am Sandstrand liegen. Auch ein Restaurant gibt es dort 😉. Wir waren einen Nachmittag im Keukenhof (die größte niederländische Gartenanlage). Fahrtzeit ca. 2 h 15 min.
