Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Highly recommend Nabil's place to rent. Thanks for an amazing stay over the F1 Canadian race weekend.

We spent most of our time at the space in the outdoor patio and covered area. The Metro was at the end of the block.

Great place to stay for sleep. Actual parking on the property, thermal pump in the unit and a lot of functional amenities. I was pleased with my stay there.

Pour moi, le logement de Mme Irma correspondait parfaitement à mes besoins. Quartier tranquille de Laval, ou je pouvais laisser mon auto stationnée dans la rue, et faire mes déplacements à Montréal à partir de la station de Métro qui est tout près.

The Apartment (although small) was very nice! It was clean and tidy and looked like in the pictures. It had all the amenities which we were looking for. It was easy to find and get inside. Melanie always responded to our questions very quickly and tried to help when she could. Over all it was a nice stay and we would recommend it to other tourists looking to stay in Montreal a couple of days!

Vincent did everything to make our stay comfortable. What a great place it was. In a beautiful quite area if you have a family and kids and want to be somewhere quite and comfortable 100%. This is the place !

Great spot super close to downtown and old Montreal. Washroom was on the smaller side but the room was extremely spacious, the bed was amazing, and they provide guests with nearly everything you’d need. 10/10

The studio loft was exactly what we needed for a place to crash during the Formula 1 weekend. Great access to the metro, restaurants and local shops galore.

Had a lovely stay over the weekend! Great location, 10 mins from Old Montreal, and very walkable area. It was a private and quiet area. The apartment was very clean, modern and well organized! I will say it might be slightly more comfortable if you are a group of 2 vs 3. We found the sofa bed a little bit hard and not as comfortable as it has no mattress. But overall this was a lovely experience! Thank you to Joel, Melissa and Goran for being so responsive, helpful and flexible!

Claudine was very accommodating and the location was wonderful. A 15 minute stroll to the Subway then downtown. A nice spacious spot with a super comfy bed.

The place is as described, was cozy and had everything you need. Jeffrey is very responsive and helpful, he went out of his way to make sure everything was fine. Would always recommend stays with him.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. L’échange avec l’hôte a été facile et agréable, tout était clair avant l’arrivée, et le logement parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Mes parents ont particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux, la présence de deux salles de bain et la petite attention du café à disposition en arrivant. Un séjour simple, confortable et sans mauvaise surprise. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

We stayed at Joe’s place for a couple of days with my family of four from Texas to attend the Grand Prix and we loved it! The place was clean and the location was perfect! We especially loved the close proximity to the neighborhood playground and L’ Hamburger (5stars) the kids loved the smash burgers! If you don’t mind the 3 flights of stairs and open loft area, we highly recommend!

Our family of four had a great stay at Jason’s place. The property was spacious and clean. The sauna was a nice bonus! We paid for the parking spot associated with the unit, which was helpful for our needs, but also noticed that even on a busy weekend, parking on the street was easily available. Jason was very accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at Drolet the next time we are in Montreal.

Overall, this was a great find in the heart of Montreal. The apartment was clean and spacious, and all instructions were very clear for check-in and check-out. It is a super walkable location with tons of great restaurants and other attractions. Additionally, the metro (yellow line) is very easily accessible. During our stay, there was an emergency situation (major fire in adjacent apartments) which prevented us from being able to enter the apartment and gather belongings, including our passports. While not at all the host's fault, there was a lack of and little communication about "next steps," when dealing with the emergency situation. Upon our contact with Air BnB, they provided emergency accommodations emergency accommodations; however, at no time did the host follow up with us on our safety, or if/when we were able to access the apartment and our belongings the following day. Once again, this did not take away from the fantastic location or the apartment itself.

Great downtown condo located just a few steps from the Sherbrooke metro station and the best neighbourhood in Montreal, the Plateau Mont-Royal. The included crib and high chair, child friendly layout, and proximity to the Sherbrooke metro station and the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood make it an excellent option for couples or groups travelling with an infant or toddler (as long as you don’t mind doing the stairs on a 3rd floor walk-up and you bring a sound machine for the little one and ear plugs for yourselves at night, as the street noise is noticeable, but bearable). M.J. was a great host and the early check-in was very much appreciated. Having previously lived in the neighbourhood myself, I know that ants can be an issue indoors in the spring and we saw a few, but they can happen almost anywhere. It wasn’t a big deal to us.

Good place and I spent a happy time there.

We had a great stay at Lauran's apartment. It was spacious, quiet, and in a great neighbourhood - close to the park and only a short walk to restaurants and shops. We traveled with our little one (1.5 years old) and the apt was well equipped for families. Highly recommended!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 5 jours dans la grande suite Gatsby, à deux pas de ma formation à Montréal. Le condo était parfaitement propre, spacieux et très confortable. Les nuits y étaient calmes, idéales pour bien se reposer. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la cuisine bien équipée, pratique pour les repas sur place. L’endroit allie style, confort et tranquillité – je recommande sans hésiter!
