Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Outer Banks

This was such a lovely place to stay. The light wood floors and the decor was very calming and serene. The pool and hot-tub were a huge hit with the kiddos. The walk to the beach could feel a little far if you have anyone who is older or small kids, but we had no issues (three toddlers!). The beach feels like it's private, which was amazing. This place was thoughtfully designed and we had the best time. Also we had a small hiccup and Bradyn was able to help us resolve it as well, which was so appreciated! Finally, the owners have a big heart. They made a donation to this past year's Leukemia and Lymphoma Society silent auction which helped to raise money for a cure for blood cancers. Always a bonus when you are renting a place from good humans, and THANK YOU, Edgecamp!

Thank You, Erica! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach house that was arranged for me by Erica, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her exceptional service. From the moment I reached out to her, Erica was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. The beach house itself was stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and just a 2 minute walk away from the ocean. Erica also provided a wealth of local knowledge, recommending fantastic restaurants, activities, and hidden gems nearby. Her suggestions made my trip even more enjoyable, allowing me to experience the area. I cannot thank Erica enough for her professionalism and service provided . Overall, this was a great vacation spot. Hosts were great! House was great! We had a small inconvenience with three people coming the first day to service different parts of the house, but once addressed the host’s accommodated our requests well. Location is nice!

This house was perfect for our family. Loved how dog and kid friendly everything is! Took advantage of the beautiful pool and hot tub. Our dog loved the dog park! Such a fun perk. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. In a cute and quiet neighborhood with a park within walking distance. So close to Duck and all there is to do there. We had an amazing time! We will be back!

Was a perfect place to stay for a wholesome Memorial Day girls weekend! We will definitely be coming back here and thank you Jay for helping us figure out the grill :)!

Gia was an excellent host and her place was everything we hoped for and more. Some of the most beautiful ocean views in the area and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We’ve already recommended her to some of our closest friends…and now to you also!

This house was so clean and spacious! We had five adults and a dog and were so comfortable there. The house is a short drive to the beach which was very convenient. Sasha is so thoughtful about how she’s decorated the house and the supplies she provides. We had everything we needed down to a recipe book holder and a USB agnostic charging pad. Sasha thought of everything that I usually leave in private comments for AIRBNB owners. The linens were very clean and the towels were fluffy! As a heads up, the three bedrooms are upstairs with one being a primary suite. Downstairs is the area with the dark blue couches. The layout worked great for us!

Wonderful hosts! The house was immaculate, kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the list of recommended restaurants and coffee shops (Front Porch Cafe was winner! 😊) We would 100% stay here again.

We stayed here for a sibling and spouse vacation. 12 of us. It was incredible! Location could not be more perfect. We could walk to absolutely everything we needed or wanted. Beach is an easy walk to end of the street. Great neighborhood! Karen provides endless beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, paddle board, kayak. We had no children with us but what a place for a family or a reunion or small wedding. A swing set & a playroom with giant connect 4, arcade games, air hockey and board games. For the adults a pool table, a poker table, chess, a shuffle board table & 2 bars all fully stocked with glassware, and bar ware. Kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment. Pool area provides plenty of seating and fun for kids. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Bedrooms are spacious. You do not hear anybody from one room to the next. Karen was so great to work with & very responsive to all questions & concerns. Don’t miss out on this one. We will be back! Just the best!

Jessica’s place was amazing! Easy walk down to the beach, amazing backyard with grill, and the gym is right across the street.

Great location, perfect walk to the beach, almost like oceanfront. Great hang out space and kitchen. Lots of extra blankets, fan for the white noise people. Great outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Walk to the beach was quick and not too challenging. Clean pool and hot tub!!! Would definitely come back!!!

This made a perfect spot for our family of 6. So close to beach and pool what more could we ask for. Super clean and exceeded our expectations. Inside stocked with games; boogie boards and a couple beach chairs we used as well. Definitely recommend!

Matthew & Janet were wonderful and their place is beautiful. We’ve been staying in Corolla for 30 years and their home is one of the best we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved staying at the Darlin Marlin! The house was situated on a quiet street and it was a quick walk to the shops in Duck or to the beach. The house was perfect. It had everything our family needed. I loved the way it was decorated and there were so many different areas throughout the house to relax. Whether it was sipping coffee on the screened in porch or getting some sun on by the pool or on the deck, the house had it all. I loved all the kitchen amenities and everything felt like it was brand new. We had stayed at many houses throughout all areas of the OBX and this was a favorite. We will be back!
