Very quiet 500 m villa.

Rahhal was very attentive and his father welcomed us very warmly. Thank you. The house sits in a place away from the hustle and bustle of Fez and is surrounded by wooded and partially cultivated grounds in which were a donkey, cats, a Malinois (attached) and an enclosure with peacocks, turkeys, ducks and chickens. The house has an enclosed courtyard in which it is possible to park several vehicles. The house consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with European WC, a second separate Turkish WC. The sink sits in a recess in the hallway next to the bathroom. There is a large living room with TV as well as a large rustic kitchen. Upstairs is a large terrace on which you can hang laundry and from which you can see Fez in the distance. There's also a local. The house is about 30 minutes from the medina of Fez which is still reasonable. Thanks again to Rahhal and his father.

We had a lovely stay at Zhor's. The accommodation is beautiful, true to the photos, clean, well decorated and really pleasant to live in. We immediately felt at ease there. Zhor is a very thoughtful host, always responsive and available, which is very reassuring when traveling. The residence is secure, with a gate and a security guard present 24/7, very kind and helpful — it's a real plus! Just one small detail to keep in mind: the soundproofing is light, so it's best to avoid making too much noise. In short, a beautiful, warm place that I would recommend without hesitation!

Thank you so much to Touria and Jamal for accommodating us at such short notice. I think we booked with less than 12 hours notice and yet they managed to get the house clean and ready for us to check-in and greeted us with a Moroccan breakfast. We felt very welcome. The villa is beautiful, spacious and in a very quiet and secure neighbourhood. Our honest feeling is that it was nicer than the photos! Jamal was our point person and he was always available and always responded to any queries very quickly. This was and is very much appreciated.

This apartment is an excellent choice for a short stopover, especially if you have an early flight from Fes airport. The location close to the airport makes it super convenient, and the value for money is really great. The apartment is clean, tidy and gives you an authentic feel of how the average resident in Fes lives, which adds a nice experience to your stay. The host was incredibly friendly and clearly did his best to make everything go as smoothly as possible. He was helpful and made us feel welcome. A small downside is the wifi, which is present but works quite slowly. However, for a short stay, this is not a big problem. All in all, this apartment is perfect for a night's sleep or as a practical stopover. Recommended for travelers looking for convenience and a good deal!

I stayed here during the entire month of Ramadan. The host and property manager made me feel at home. The property manager brought me Moroccan food often-very nice man. They even arranged airport pickup for me. The view from the balcony is very nice. Mosque 🕌 nearby, shops, and restaurants too. Very safe neighborhood. I'll stay agajn.
