Take a break and relax alone or as a couple, in this peaceful oasis 50 meters from the sea and Cap Romain, a protected site. This small holiday home, pompously named 😉Villa du Cap, is ideally located between Bernieres-sur-Mer and Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, "the queen of iodine". Its beautiful era atmosphere, thanks to its seawall and beautiful villas, its alleys, its casino and its many beachfront restaurants make it a charming asset of the Côte de Nacre. Small dog accepted.

Located on the top floor without an elevator with a wide staircase and its own private parking space, this bright apartment is in a maintained and overlooked residence, it has a separate bedroom, a sofa bed and an umbrella bed. Close to all shops, the port and the 4-lane road connecting to Caen. Every Friday morning, a market is set up with its local products a 10-minute walk away. I live 7 minutes away by car if needed. Its original half-timbered architecture, with large trapezoidal windows, gives it exceptional brightness and charm.
