Vacation rentals with beach access in Oued Laou

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement était conforme à la description, très propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région. Un grand merci à notre hôte, qui a été très accueillant, disponible et de bon conseil tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Un appartement d’exception et une hôte d’exception. Nadia a été très flexible quant à notre heure d’arrivée et de départ . Le cadre est totalement dépaysant idéal pour prendre un temps et se ressourcer . Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et pour sûr nous y reviendrons 🤍

I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Thank you Ayoub for everything!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On a passé un excellent séjour , très belle appartement propre disposant tout ce qui faut , trop bien situé avec une vue époustouflante. Et bien sure on a bien apprécié le grand support à temps du Mariam et surtout ses parents qui nous ont très bien accueilli. On a bien apprécié. Merci à vous.

I recently stayed in this charming apartment and was delighted with its stunning dual views of both the sea and mountains ..making it a perfect retreat .. The space is impeccably clean and well-maintained .. The location is ideal, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby beaches ..The host (Ayoub ) was perfect friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay... I highly recommend it for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the sea in comfort and relaxing getaway..top choice!

Yasser war ein sehr sympathischer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Lage war perfekt – vom Balkon aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer, das nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür entfernt ist. Meine Kinder hatten großen Spaß im Pool, und die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und gut bewacht. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals an Yasser!

Rien ne peux décrire le bien être , la paix , la tranquillité ….. sauf si on s’y met . De quoi je vais parler !! De La maison qui est grande , propre et agréable , ou de la belle autour , ou de la superbe Douae et son père qui est incroyable , serviable , aimable et très attentionné . Vraiment c’était un excellent séjour a refaire sans le moindre doute ! Merci infiniment

We had a pleasant time getting acquainted with this part of Morocco, and Soal, her husband and his family, were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We only speak English, and she was available every time we needed her, especially when we had a minor car accident right in front of the driveway! The house is huge and was accurately described in the posting. (Not always the case, we are discovering!) They seemed like family from the start, and I know we will be back there someday!

I had a great experience! The place was super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Mariam was very kind, always checking in and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect and close to many spots. I truly felt at home. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely come back!

Marvelous place

Séjour absolument fantastique ! La maison était impeccable, joliment décorée et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'hôte a été incroyablement réactif et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour confortable. L'emplacement était parfait à proximité de toutes les attractions. Le meilleur endroit à choisir et nous reviendrions certainement ici encore et encore !

Le logement était parfait pour profiter du calm et une vue panoramique sur la mer, et si vous êtes fan des randonnées vous trouverez une plage privé just 6min de loin

De communicatie met Mariam verliep super en snel. Enorme vriendelijke vrouw. Wij werden ontvangen door de ouders van Mariam en wat een enorme lieve mensen zijn dat. Huis is prachtig, de locatie is enorm centraal en in een rustige buurt. Wij vonden alleen het strand wel ver om te lopen en helemaal langs de drukke weg, maar dat zal er meer aan liggen omdat wij er niet aan gewend zijn. Wij raden het enorm aan om dit prachtige huis te huren en je enorm welkom te laten voelen door Mariam en haar ouders. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. My parents were very happy and felt right at home. A special thank you to Sammy for the seamless communication and thoughtful follow-ups. Soundous was also incredibly kind and helpful on-site. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Alojamiento demasiado amplio, en un residencial muy bonito. Cerca del mar, ideal para el verano. Nos gustó hospedarnos con Kenza.

C’est ma 3ème fois à Cabo Negro, je sais où mettre le cap si jamais j’y reviens. Certainement chez Reda, au Mirador Golf. Bel appart, très propre, une cuisine bien équipée, jolie déco au salon, et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes de Tetouan. Tout ce qu’il faut pour un merveilleux séjour. La plage de Cabo est à 5min en voiture (environ 40min à pied). Sinon, vous pouvez profiter de la piscine de la résidence, qui ferme assez tôt par contre, à 18h30 (mais le proprio n’y est pour rien). En tt cas, je recommande !

Appartement magnifique avec une vue splendide ! Emplacement 10/10 (pied sur mer) Laila est hyper réactive et veillera à ce que vôtre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions Fortement recommandé !
