WOW, what an amazing house. We had the best 2 days staying at Linda's place. Extraordinary house with a tree growing in the lounge and super stylish all around. We were absolutely amazed by all the facilities and the most amazing views (we spotted dolphins from the balcony) and would return in a heartbeat. Communication with Linda was great from the get go and her recommendations where spot on. The beach is a stone throw away and we wished we could have stayed longer. Doubt you find a better accommodation in the area, with a fully kitted supermarket (and liquor store) a 5 minute drive away. We'll be back 100%. Thank you Linda for a beautiful stay!

Karin’s home is really beautiful and a very special location. Lovely walks to enjoy and the views are beyond beautiful. The kids had a great time in the pool even though it was early autumn and with the pool solar heating it took the edge off. Surprisingly the kids did not complain about there being no TV. We had lots to do, games, walks, reading and exploring the area and local cafes. Worth a visit, we loved our stay!

Great value for money in an amazing location!

Watching the tide come in….watching it go out….so relaxing. Super weekend with baby, kids, grandparents and dog. Playing in the lagoon all day and enjoying the quiet splashes of the fish in the evenings. Thanks again Charles and Ryk

We had a truly wonderful stay — it felt like being immersed in a beautiful forest retreat. The outdoor shower and bath were absolute highlights, giving off a magical, Costa Rica–like vibe. We felt completely safe and at ease throughout our visit. Lara was incredibly responsive, proactive, and warm, which made the experience even better. We absolutely loved staying here. Lyndall was an amazing host, always friendly and willing to help. Ria's Rest is a cute little flat, was clean and comfortable and if I ever come this way again I'll definitely book in here. One of if not the best Airbnb I have ever been to. Of course Mossel bay isn’t the most interesting city but after some traveling if you want to just enjoy the sun, some pool time, read or have a barbecue it is perfect. The apartment has everything you may need: Pizza oven, several sofas, grill, pool, tv area, amazing views from every window and you can hear the waves crashing from your bed and your two decks. 10/10 would always go again. Chapeau!

The property is beautifully restored and stylishly decorated, offering a perfect blend of charm and comfort. The swimming pool and air conditioning in both rooms were exceptional, providing much-needed relief from the Karoo heat. The lush green grass and inviting braai area added to the overall appeal. The kitchen, though basic, was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the hotel and nearby restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning. The adorable dogs were a delightful bonus!

This was a last minute booking over a busy period due to unforeseen circumstances resulted in a move. The home was comfortable, offered a lot under roof and offers easy access to the N2 and all the area has to offer. A standout during our stay was Ravon. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with - responsive, friendly and ready to help where needed!

Oh WOW! From the start this was a special place. Julia communicated with more information way before the booking so we knew about braai-packs, meals, horse riding etc. written in a very charming PDF. The house already had milk, farm butter, marmalade, Doornkraal Chenin Blanc in the fridge, coffee (and a plunger!!) tea, rusks, plums from that day's harvest. When travelling on a roadtrip, having things like this means we could really just arrive. +50 points for this! Breakfast was delicious! Fresh fruits, brand and cheese scones that we immediately slathered with the delicious butter, quince jam and marmalade from the fridge.Doornkraal farmstall lunch (20 mins away) - most delicious roosterkoeke and dessert wine. We also did a horse ride on the beautiful farm and ended with a sunset picnic which was incredible. Each bite amazing, delicious chutney, mustard, ostrich fillet, stuf more roosterkoek and their sparkling wine. Amazing people, special place, we will be back. Huis. Baie dankie!

We had a wonderful stay in the little wooden cabin. Nestled in the mountains, it’s blissfully quiet — a perfect escape from the busyness of everyday life. We were truly spoiled by the fresh goat's milk that our hosts milked themselves each morning. This is true off-the-grid living, something both my wife and I are passionate about. There’s so much to learn from Marietjie and Sakie’s way of life. You’ll experience genuine Afrikaans hospitality, and our dog Basjan was warmly welcomed — which was our number one priority. Highly recommended for nature lovers and those seeking simplicity, peace, and authenticity.

Good place to stay! We do recommend tomake a stop for couple of nights. I only wish the rooms would still have the deco they have on the pictures.

Super cute beach house. Around 25 minutes from Mosselbaai, we easily drove into town for dinner. Beds comfy, kitchen and bathroom very clean. Easy communication. Really enjoyed our stay!!
