At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Also check out our website! The accommodation is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. The B&B is separate and closed off from the main building. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one B&B room.

Welcome to our unique tiny house, hidden in a private forest on the outskirts of the charming Frisian village of Noordwolde. This modern accommodation is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

Nice house on the Boarne, near the Frisian lakes

Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty, you can board the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and is equipped with every comfort. You can stay comfortably with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are wonderful. They are now set up as a double bed but can also be set up as 4 single beds. Wi-Fi is of course also available. And above all, a fantastic view. Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out until 12 p.m.

De Veenweide

The location of tiny house de Veenweide is perfect for nature lovers. The cottage is located on the edge of the Alde Feanen nature reserve. The area is great for cycling, hiking, boating, mountain biking, canoeing, birding and fishing. The Alde Feanen has a special population of plants and birds, including the sea eagle, osprey, bittern and kingfisher. In addition, chances are that you will see deer and hares running past from the cottage.
