De benedenverdieping bestaat uit een ruime living met salon en Tv. Voor derde persoon is er een volwaardig bed in de living. Er is een ingerichte keuken met frigo, oven en microgolf en eettafel. Er een toilet op het gelijkvloers . Op de eerste verdieping is er een slaapkamer met badkamer met lavabo, douche en toilet.

During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. De woning ligt op een uniek plekje met een eigen tuin en terras. Het is modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De beneden verdieping beschikt over een badkamer, luxe keuken en gezellige zithoek. De bovenverdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers, opgemaakte bedden, toilet en opbergkast. Het strand, Dishoek, Middelburg en Vlissingen zijn per fiets bereikbaar.

Onze vakantiewoning 't Uusje van Puut is gelegen net buiten Koudekerke aan de rand van ’t Moesbosch, een klein natuurgebied. Vanuit de tuin heeft u uitzicht op de duinen van Dishoek. Het is genieten van rust, ruimte en natuur. Met een beetje geluk kunt u ’s avonds zelfs een ree spotten. Ook in de herfst en winter is het heerlijk vertoeven in ons huisje. Na lekker uitgewaaid te zijn op het strand, kom je thuis en kun je genieten bij een gezellig haardvuurtje.
