The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. You're almost literally sleeping in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own private terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you want, you can also bring your own horse and store it with us (inside and/or outside). Nieuwleusen is located in the fighting valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away by car, Giethoorn for half an hour.

The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been retained. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, with additional costs, you can relax and unwind.

The cottage is equipped with every comfort and the garden offers a lot of privacy. In the nearby area there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities, such as the Reestdal, the Ommerschans, the Lemelerberg and the Staphorsterbos. Zwolle with its beautiful city center and museum de Fundatie are easily accessible with 20 minutes by car.

In this area you can walk and cycle, such as "het Reestdal" and "het Staphorsterbos". In the area there are entrepreneurs who sell local products at home. The places Balkbrug and Nieuwleusen are 5 km away with basic facilities. Larger places nearby are Zwolle, Meppel, Dalfsen and Ommen.
