In dieses gemütliche Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch kommt man über eine eigene kleine Terrasse. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, 5 min vom Bahnhof, 10 min vom Marktplatz und 2 min von Feld und Wiesen entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und hat eine eigene, voll ausgestattete Küche über die man in das eigene Bad kommt. You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.

We are happy to welcome you to our modern basement apartment. We renovated and newly furnished it in 2022. We live with a female Husky who has never learned to bark. If you don't specifically ask for her audience, you won't have any contact with our hostess :). The apartment is centrally located in Groß-Umstadt and offers you enough space for 2 people on 65 m².

Rene was always easily accessible and very helpful. The apartment is very well furnished, spacious and has a large veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. The whole apartment is sparkling clean.

A beautiful spot on our earth!! The rippling of the stream, the many butterflies in the garden, the chirping of the crickets... All this makes this little oasis something very special. We had a wonderful short vacation in this great cottage! It is so lovingly decorated and was sparkling clean upon arrival. Michael and Birgit are very nice people, so you feel even more comfortable in their cottage. We were there with our two children - I had previously considered whether my son could get bored because there is "nothing" there - but these concerns quickly disappeared. He collected snails, counted fish, found butterflies, picked strawberries and was just happy there. 😀 The only disadvantage for us was that you can't darken the windows (so the kids were hard to get to bed in the evening😅) - but that's really complaining at a high level. Because otherwise everything was really perfect

My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway and this was perfect. Marion was an amazing and attentive host. The apartment was huge Although when we’re weren’t exploring the mountains and castles near by we spent most of our time enjoying the upstairs fireplace. We brought our dog with us and Marion’s two got along great

The cottage is beautiful and looks cozy. As adult siblings, we gave our father a stay for two nights at Christmas to be able to spend time together again despite the distance between us. The cottage was ideal for this. We had bad luck with the weather, but thanks to the amenities of the accommodation and the covered terrace, we had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well equipped. However, the oven only heats up properly on convection. Not bad, but good to know. 🤣 It is very quiet there and the village is very pretty. If you are traveling with several people: all bedrooms are more or less passageways, but with two bedrooms it can be arranged that they are not used as passageways. The hosts are easy to reach and the instructions and information are very helpful. Thanks for the opportunity and your hospitality. ☀️🫶🏻

I booked the accommodation for one night only because of the nearby wedding location. The hosts are both super friendly and easy to communicate with. Messages were answered quickly. We also had a toddler with us, and there was even a baby travel bed in the room. Another small plus that does not directly affect the room: Directly downstairs in the house there is a baker who is also open on Sundays - go for breakfast or get rolls. I can only recommend the place.

I felt very comfortable at Karla's place. The welcome was very friendly – also by Lucy, the little cute dog. Karla showed me everything right away and I was even allowed to use my own place in the sun in front of the accommodation. In the beautiful weather, it was wonderful. The accommodation is as described in the photos: small & fine, lovingly and practically furnished It has everything you need to feel good. And for my business stay, I got what I wanted: friendly people, a very quiet place to stay that is easily accessible. Many thanks 🙏 🤗
