Very nice apartment. Its location is a little far (on foot) from Finikoudes beach but there are 2 bus stops nearby that connect it in just 10 min, so very good. I was able to stay in the apartment in peace. Eva, the Co-Host, was very kind, asking me from time to time how my stay was going. Only one small downside: the wifi connection sometimes drops but nothing bad.

Everything was wonderful! Tatiana communicated with us the whole time, arrival and departure were easy to navigate. The apartment had everything you’d need for a vacation. It’s a little bit further away from the beaches (15-30 minutes walk), but in the centre of the city, with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Would recommend!

Clean and comfortable apartment. The area is fairly quiet and there's private parking. The place is equipped with all the essentials. I was pleasantly surprised by a welcome gift of wine and fresh fruit. :) The hosts are very friendly and always ready to help. They also left an awesome guidebook with useful tips. A nice apartment that looks exactly like in the pictures. It is walking distance to most of the places in larnaca and the host is very kind and helping! I have no complaints😄

I recently stayed with my family at this beautiful villa and couldn’t have been more impressed. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding—every room was spotless, and it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard. One feature that particularly stood out was the villa's recycling system. The bins were provided and clearly marked, making it easy for us to sort our waste properly and feel like we were making an eco-friendly contribution during our stay. It’s refreshing to see a property that takes sustainability seriously. Location-wise, it was ideal. Agia Thekla Beach was just a short 5-minute drive away, which made getting to the stunning, less-crowded coastline incredibly convenient. We loved spending time at the beach during the day and coming back to relax by the villa’s private pool in the evening. I would love to stay again in future!

Our stay in Paralimni was easily one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The accommodation provided was perfect for us, even with an 18 month old baby, the house was everything we wanted. It was clean, safe, well cooled with aircon, with a great kitchen space. We ate out once in our time there as we enjoyed relaxing in the house so much we didn’t venture out. However when we did, the surrounding area was spot on. You are literally within very short walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants, a fantastic ice cream place (which we went to every night), wonderful beaches, the bakery, aquarium and most importantly a play area for our little one right on the doorstep. Craig has been brilliant too, attentive and extremely easy to deal with. We will certainly be booking this place again next year if we can, we only hope we can get back sooner than that! A brilliant, brilliant stay. Can’t recommend it highly enough. 5* all round.

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Stian’s villa! The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool—it’s beautifully maintained and surrounded by peaceful nature, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun in privacy. The location felt very safe and quiet, yet it was still close enough to explore the nearby area easily. The villa had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Stian was a great host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and respectful, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We’d absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay, and we’re already hoping to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful relaxing time at Villa Catalaya. The house is more than fully equipped, especially if you travel with children. There are playing areas inside and outside and our daughter adopted the owners cats from the beginning. As we stayed there in winter time the area was very quiet. So for us it was the perfect base camp to explore the island north and south. But most of all, Snow made our holiday very special. She is extremely friendly and helpful. All the best for her and her family. And thanks again for your hospitality!

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.

Our family stayed in this house for ten days . There were questions about cleanliness at check-in. After communicating with Jeanette, they learned that she changed the cleaning company, and the company did not treat its work in good faith . All issues were resolved and nothing else overshadowed our stay . Quiet , stylish place. The apartment , especially in the kitchen, has everything and even more . The swimming pool has a swimming pool . However, in the evening, we saw how local dogs were splashing there. The territory is green and well maintained . The beach is in 5 minutes walk , equipped with sunbeds and shower . This bay is very shallow , good with small children , not quite comfortable for an adult. A wonderful turtle beach with clean and warm water is 20 minutes away. And if you are lucky on it, you can watch volunteers at 20 00 release small turtles into the sea . The store is a kilometer from the house , you can easily walk . The supermarket offers all the groceries . I want to say thank you to the hostess for everything .

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

New, nice, clean, peaceful, fabulous sunrise mountain view from bed or balcony. Cathy is an excellent host, very responsive and flexible. Highly recommended this cozy studio.

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it

Everything was great. The owners were super friendly, check in check out was easy, the facility was great and the view teracce is really nice.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

I enjoyed my stay in Thalassa. The apartment was as presented and I really appreciated the balcony and resort amenities like beach chairs, indoor pool, and gym. The yoga classes on the beach with the excellent teacher Acelya were a treat! For me, the location was a little isolated, especially without a car. A trip to the grocery store was $30 r/t in a taxi. And a taxi from Ercan Airport was $125 o/w.
