Beachfront vacation rentals in Ötüken

Vladislav's airbnb was exactly as described and we loved staying in this apartment! We actually stayed in this building last year as well and although you don't have direct sea view from the balcony (you still the sea on the side), the view is still very beautiful. The kitchen has all basic amenities you will need for your stay (coffee machine, washing machine, cutlery, fridge,etc. - the only thing missing is a washing machine). The place was very clean and the host was super responsive to our messages/ requests. It is also a very quiet area, right next to the sea and beautiful swim spot - very unusual for that area of Protaras to be quiet! I would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our time at the flat. The resort area was great, with a few good restaurants and pool/water park. The flat was clean and in good order, with everything you need. We’re already talking about going back!

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

We got earlier and saw the cleaning crew in action. I was very impressed, they were washing and disinfecting everything including the fridge door and the door frames. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The beach is very close, 2 minutes by foot. There are also a couple of friendly cats who might visit you. The host is extremely responsive, replying within the minute to every question I had. From Larnaca Airport it's 20 minutes by car/taxi, or 40-50 minutes by bus. The bus station is in front of the apt complex. We were pleasantly pleased by the apartment. There are some things we would improve: mosquito net at the bedroom window (we had mosquito repellent device provided by Marina), a big mirror, brighter light in the bathroom. It would be useful to mention in the description that there is no shower kit provided (everything else was provided). There are a couple of beautiful paintings signed by Marina which add personality to the room.

An incredible place by the sea, with a private access to it. Quite and well located, not far from big hotels, yet none of their nuisances. Nice beach coffee places close-by and a good restaurant. The windows of the appartment give on to the back of the building, and the terrace is on its side (you have a view to the sea, it's quiet)... all of this is ok, given the very reasonable price. The appartment was extremely clean upon arrival, plus a bottle of wine : thank you!

We were 10 guests and we had a really nice time at the Villa. The staff replied fast everytime we needed something and they were always ready to help us. The place was nice and close to the city centre too. We would definetly come back again

Antreas was always responsive and super helpful. He did check in with us to ensure things were going smoothly. The standout part of this Airbnb was the pool and garden, perfect for our two little ones. Plus, a bonus that you could heat the pool for an additional cost (very rare to find). Thank you again for a lovely holiday experience!

Everything was as expected! The huge terrace was amazing and loved the view, you can see a little bit if the sea from outside. Lovely touch with having a coffee machine and some coffee pods as well, and a bottle of wine, which I didn’t drink because I just don’t have alcohol, however I am sure other guests would love that and it was very thoughtful. Although I had a small issue with the shower drain being blocked, the host arranged for someone to come and fix it and was all good afterwards. He offered me advice of places to eat on my request and was very friendly and helpful overall! I also thought the microwave wasn’t working but he explained to me I had to close the door a bit more aggressively and we laughed and joked about that as it was indeed the case 😅 Overall, the place felt right at home, with beautiful views, nicely decorated and very close to the beach! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything 💙

The villa is in a quiet area only about 5 minutes to the sea, beautiful. Great pool, everything very clean, Andreas was always available, very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we can 100% recommend this villa. A wonderful vacation, thank you very much for that.

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

It is the place to be a priority among the places I will stay in the Cyprus Pier. Ms. Cemaliye helped us by answering all our questions. Definitely a nice host. We came across a pristine apartment. Thanks for the attention.

Hands down the best place we stayed in Northern Cyprus. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed for a nice stay. There are two markets in the area, an Italian restaurant, a nice pool, and a beach nearby. If you have a car, it is a good base to explore the Eastern part of North Cyprus and the Karpaz Peninsula. Massimo, the owner was helpful with a rental car recommendation before our visit. Olga, the property manager for Massimo's apartment welcomed us to the apartmenr and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed, including a transfer to the airport. Thanks for a great stay!

Nikos is a very experienced host who provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. He arranged the airport transfer for us, which saved me the hassle, and seemed reasonably priced. The welcome food pack was much needed as we had arrived during the night of Christmas Eve. Nikos also provided us with the traditional Kleftiko meal a few days later, which was a lovely gesture. The villa though not quite spotlessly clean, was tidy and well maintained and is in a good area, just a short walk from the stunning beach waterfront. There are loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Many were closed as we went out of peak season but there was still enough places available for our requirements. The free use of the car is a great perk of the property, which we used for day trips into other areas. We enjoyed our time in beautiful Cyprus.

As described. The place has a lovely balcony with a panoramic sea view. Comfortable bed in the main bedroom which had black out blinds. The sofa bed was not as comfy but ok for a few nights. Great new shower and hot water. Tea and coffee provided. Highly recommended. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in North Cyprus. The property was lovely, very clean, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic—always quick to respond and extremely helpful with anything we needed or asked about. Their support really made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our host was a really great person. It was a great convenience for my family that he personally met us at the airport. It was very valuable for us to receive such support, especially when traveling with our small child. When we got home, she greeted us with homemade treats: sweet and savory cakes, fresh lemonade… All were delicious and carefully prepared. He also left us many kitchen ingredients such as fresh lemons, olive oil, potatoes, onions, etc. that he picked from his garden. These are small but very fine details, and they made us very happy. Everything we might need in the house was considered. Cleaning supplies, detergents, beach towels, water toys… There was even a powerful vacuum cleaner at home. Everything was spotless and extremely tidy. The house was within walking distance to the sea, the market was just upstairs. It is located in a quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. We thank our host very much for his sincerity, hospitality and thoughtful consideration. We give 5 stars with peace of mind!

Very nice villa with sea view and pool. We felt very comfortable. If you love peace and tranquility, you are in the right place. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.
