We had a wonderful family time at Parker’s cabin. Has everything you may need to enjoy your time in the secluded woods of NC. Very private but with all the amenities you may need. Internet was good and the place very comfortable. It was quite rainy during our stay but we had no issues staying in and enjoying the hot tub from time to time. Would fully recommend this place to any one. Thank you Parker!

I think this is the first Airbnb location that I've visited more than once and we're already talking about our next visit. It's so private, peaceful, and quiet. The space, while small-ish, is just perfect for 2 people and a dog. If you're looking for a quiet place to recharge, this is a great place to spend some time.

Couples getaway, is just what this place is. very private with little extra amenities with out the extra cost. Very clean and comfortable.

DON’T miss your chance to experience the magic of the River Love barn. Kangee’s EXCEPTIONAL hospitality throughout our time in her home set the tone for the entirety of our stay. Her attentiveness & genuine warmth made us feel right at home. The beauty of this property is truly beyond words. While the photos online are stunning, they don’t fully capture the enchanting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step onto the grounds. Our favorite spots were the clawfoot tub, perfectly nestled in a private, serene area of the property & the outdoor hammock within the screened in back deck. Kangee truly brought the outside in with her thoughtful design. Even on a rainy day- the sky lights during a storm that had passed through was such a reminder of the cozy atmosphere that permeates the barn. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a relaxing family trip, the River Love Barn is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. We left feeling refreshed & inspired, with hearts full.

Absolutely breathtaking! This cabin in Franklin, NC exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unreal mountain views—every sunrise and sunset felt like something out of a postcard. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. We especially loved sitting on the deck in the mornings with a cup of coffee, just soaking in the view and the quiet. The location is perfect—secluded enough to feel like a retreat, but close enough to town for groceries, hiking, and local spots. The hosts were kind, communicative, and made check-in a breeze. If you’re looking for a serene mountain escape with million-dollar views, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back!

I was impressed of how spacious the home was on the inside and all of the amenities were perfect too!

One of the best places we’ve stayed! The view was stunning! Casey was so easy to get a hold of at anytime during the whole booking process to check in and while we were there. Places was super clean and the dogs loved the front porch 🐶🐾 Beds were super comfortable and the shower pressure was even great! (Wykyk 😉). It was easy to get to Bryson City and there were lots of hiking trails and places to throw the dogs in the river which they loved! Thank u so much! We very much enjoyed our stay 🥰

What a wonderful place. The view is just as described. It’s beautiful. The place is very private and neat as a pin. Very clean. For sure one of the cleanest places we’ve booked. There’s a small ice cream shop at the end of the road that was great. Very friendly. The road is somewhat steep just as described but easily doable in our SUV. I would highly recommend a stay here. We do enjoy this area because it’s not as highly commercialized as it is on the other side of Smoky Mountain National Park and the views are way more spectacular. I would give this place 10/10 for sure.

Stunning views! If you are wanting to get away and just relax this is an amazing option while still being close to Bryson City where all the white water rafting is. Very peaceful and wonderful home! Main bed was very comfortable, great kitchen for cooking and our dogs enjoyed it as well. Would definitely come back.

We’ve stayed at this cabin several times, and as in the past, the location is great, it’s very clean and has a comfortable bed. There are quite a few stairs to climb to go in the door but there is a light switch at the bottom of the stairs to make it well lit. We love the location which is very close to Clayton with its great restaurants, and also close to fishing areas and hiking. We love this place!

My husband and I stayed at Joshua's place for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was absolutely ideal. Peaceful, private cabin with a fantastic outdoor porch/fire pit area nestled in the mountain. Highly recommend for a nature getaway!

If you need a place to get away from the traffic and everyday obligation of work and just need a peaceful reset, this is the place. From the beautiful scenery surrounding you and the sound of the river below, you can feel the stress melt away. The cabin was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Catherine is a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely book again when we need to recharge and plan on trying to book in the fall because this place has to look amazing when the leaves start changing colors. Thanks again Catherine for a wonderful place and can’t wait to come see you and this wonderful place again.

Magical Historical Cabin is probably as accurate and succinctly as anyone can put it. Perhaps adding the word heavenly too! Nothing from the daily grind would be remembered while you are experiencing a slice of peaceful heaven from walking on the historical logs, sitting on rustic and chic furniture, to the nature that welcomes you right outside the backdoor to the screen-in porch. The owners’ dog and horse have such cute personalities that help melt away our daily struggles and stressors from the world. We absolutely love the amenities and generous offerings of their fire logs and botanical bug sprays. We truly appreciate the way Lindsay and Joel maintain this rustic yet clean cabin. Whenever there’s any issues or feedback from the cleaner, they are transparent and proactive to share. Thank you for the opportunity to celebrate our anniversary in this best possible way. The outdoor tub reminds us of taking natural onsen in Japan. May peace be always be with you all!

Evan’s place is a gem. It is beautifully furnished and everything I needed was there. It’s located very close to Main Street Clayton where there are many great restaurants, shops, etc. I will definitely be back!

Michelle's mountain cabin was wonderful. The VIEWS were better then expected. Just what we wanted. Having a morning coffee gazing at the vistas. WOW. The cabin was very warm and modern. Michell recommended a great food spot, Nocturnal Brewing. Super good, great vibes, people and pizza was divine. Our stay was relaxing, chill and what I expected. Michelle is a great host Thank you Michell for your kindness.

A cute little cabin on the creek! Our family definitely loved it and we felt right at home. It’s a fisherman’s dream in a quaint little setting. The house is almost like stepping back in time. Not a bad thing, whatsoever! Every amenity you would need is there. William is very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Melissa’s cabin. Beautiful Mountain View! Done well: The home was clean, welcoming, & well stocked. Comfortable beds. Clear instructions. Host is quick to respond. THE PORCH 😍 Possible improvements: lighting in showers. It’s pretty dark. There is a motion sensor light in the shower that you have to wave at a few times. Not a huge deal for us. Bedding has overpowering smell of laundry detergent/softener. Probably not a problem for most people but strong fragrances give a few members of my family headaches. BUT they were nice & clean beds. Things to consider: The driveway is steep (about a 13% grade) We were in our Ford F-350 Dually so it probably felt a bit tighter but was still manageable & probably no big deal if you are used to driving in the mountains. Overall- We loved the place & would definitely stay again ❤️

Heather’s place was a great retreat! The cabin was well appointed with interesting decor and a comfortable bed. She had everything one needs for a restful stay from the snacks in the cupboard to the drinks in the fridge. The shower had good water pressure with hot water. Plenty of clean, soft towels were set out ready for you. The landscape had to be my favorite! She takes great pride in offering a variety of flowering plants in the front garden. The moss garden was my favorite! It reminded me of my childhood and playing in the woods. The moss was always my carpet in my fairy home.😁 There are lots of seating outside to accommodate your nature soaking. It rained when we were there and so we did not use the fire chimney but it was a nice feature given the right time. We definitely be back to the Locust Log Cabin whenever we want a quick getaway. Carlos was a wonderful and attentive host. His well stocked cabin was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The pictures on Airbnb didn’t do the property justice. It is the perfect, peaceful mountain get away. I slept better than I have in a long time. One day, I hope to have a cabin just like this one. 💜

We had an exceptional stay at The Nest in Franklin. The cabin was gorgeous and very comfortable. Loved the uncluttered decor. The covered decks and view…amazing. Ian and Caroline were easy to contact and responded promptly to questions. Also appreciated that check out did not involve a long list of chores before we left. We enjoyed the privacy and beautiful scenery of the cabin and our trips to area towns and attractions kept us busy. Also we scouted many streams and rivers for fishing fun. Hope to return and stay at The Nest again!

Jessica and Sean are amazing hosts! The cabin itself is stunning with spectacular views. We loved that everything was as described in the pictures. The home is well-maintained, clean and organized. With big windows and a beautiful outside area, it really is the best place to stay when visiting the area.

We loved staying here! Maria was a great host--she provided all of our information in advance and if I had a question she responded quickly. We went for a weekend Valentine getaway and it was perfect! Sometimes rentals can be uncomfortable (furniture, amenities, etc) but not at Hannah Mountain! The sofa, chairs and bed were cozy and perfect for us. We couldn't say enough great things about it. We will be back!
