Apartment consists of a small kitchen, toilet and shower room and a living room with a sofa bed. Peaceful surroundings in a small secluded town but still only 10 minutes to Odense central station in car. There are no public transportation possibilities. Come by var or bicycle. Shops are 5 kilometers away. Odense city is 11 kilometers away.

Øverst en stue med åbent køkken. Nederst et soveværelse med 180x200 seng, og åbent kammer med sovesofa 120x200. Dette er et transitrum. Badeværelse med brusekabine. Trådløst internet, samt TV. Alt i køkkenudstyr og opvaskemaskine. 2 terrasser, samt hyggelig gård. Der er grill og transportabel bålplads.

Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

A spacious sauna constructed of light wood features horizontal bench seating and soft lighting, creating a calming environment. A wooden bucket and ladle are placed on the bench, and a neatly rolled black towel is positioned nearby. Smooth wooden flooring completes the serene space.

City of Odense, is just 20 km away. Non-smoking house, and no pets. Remember to gring you own linens, bedsheets (1*160cm and 2*90 cm), towels and tea towels. Bookings made after May 10, 2025, include 25 kWh of electricity per day. Additional consumption is settled upon departure at 3.00 DKK/kWh.
