We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The property is beautiful and private but close to anything that you might need. The kitchen was super well stocked, beds were comfy, and we really appreciated the firewood supply. Nikki & Topher were great hosts - extremely responsive to all questions we had and proactive about check in/check out instructions. Would definitely come back!

Such a cool house. We loved the charm of the older section of the house. So many private spaces to cozy up and read a book. Then there is the more modern portion of the house. It was perfect for the folks to watch tv and enjoy the VT scenery out of the large windows. The road is quiet and the area is lovely. We easily drove into Manchester for groceries and dinner. Really loved it!!

We loved spending our time in Vermont at Bonnie’s place! The house had everything we needed and Bonnie was a great and responsive host. The horses next door were such a treat for our kids to see and the views were beautiful.

We enjoyed our time at Chris's house. The house has everything you will need including coffee and kcups. We enjoyed the fireplace in the living room and the hot tub. The view from the hot tub was great! We didnt get to use the fire pit because it was raining the whole time but it looks like an awesome hang out area. Communication with Chris was great. We recommend a stay here and would definitely return in the future!

Beautiful spot to relax, reconnect and leave refreshed! We enjoyed everything about our stay, especially the sauna, living pool, and hike to the yurt! We would love to return, thank you for sharing such a peaceful place with us, it was exactly what we needed.

This was my third time staying on Rosalind's property, but my first time in the "retreat" unit. The space is better in person than in the photos! It's a spacious two level unit with a huge bedroom/loft type area, perfect for setting up your yoga mat! The high ceilings and large forest facing windows in the bedroom were a highlight for me. Rosalind has always been a very responsive, thoughtful, and flexible host. I can't wait to stay again!

Excellent value, private, relaxing, tons of wildlife

Love the lakefront views! Sadly we stayed on a rainy holiday weekend so we weren't able to fully enjoy everything that the lake house had to offer. We also had a hiccup with the WIFI due to hardware issues with the router but luckily the technician came the next morning. Overall we had a good time.

This place was amazing! It was clean, had great privacy and exactly what we needed! Our favorite was the laundry and hot tub! 110% would stay again!

Very nice stay- Beverly was really friendly and helpful. The river nearby is lovely and the place has every amenity you could need. I wish I was a bit more prepared - I have Verizon and didn’t get service at the place or in the small town. I had to drive 10-15 mins towards Manchester. She communicated that there is WiFi at the library and a store which are super close but I didn’t try to access. It made directions or looking up restaurants a bit tricky

Our stay was fantastic! The cabin was clean, comfortable and cozy. There was obvious attention paid to the little details that make a trip extra relaxing. I don't think that there was anything that we wanted that wasn't thought of and ready for us. We booked our stay with the intention of disconnecting and unwinding& we were able to do exactly that. The property is absolutely magical! There was an endless amount of beautiful flowers and wildlife with a winding river. Our favorite part was relaxing on the deck watching the deer and birds. The customer service couldn't have been better. They went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. we definitely recommend & plan to return for a longer stay!

Dear Sandra, The cottage was great. It is less than 5 miles from our family in Reading. We came to visit our daughter and her family, our only 3 grandchildren. Everything we needed was available. Every morning I had my coffee while enjoying the beautiful view. My husband has mobility problems, and he was able to get around fine. Shattuck Hill will be our only place to stay when we visit. Exactly as advertised - beautiful, very private, clean; a perfect place for a solo/couple getaway. Seamless communication and logistics with the friendly hosts, who clearly maintain the cabin with care. Book it!

This place is a MUST STAY!! Very unique and great way to wind down. There are great restaurants and shops within a 15 minute radius and everything is beautiful and quaint. We were a management team unwinding from a conference and it really allowed us to disconnect and bond over some games and nature sounds. If I ever am in the area again I will 100% be staying again to take in the other highly recommended activities from the host!

Our third time staying at the farm and it truly only gets better and better every time. This place is absolutely gorgeous, pictures really don’t do it justice. The house is so adorable and clean not to mention Frankie and Vin pay insane attention to detail and have thought of literally every single thing you might need during your stay and are just some of the all around best people. There’s so much to do weather you go out and explore the property stopping to say hello to the animals and give them treats, hike the near by trails, or simply just staying in playing games and listening to music on the record player you can’t go wrong staying at Frankie and Vins!
