A newly renovated sweet apartment. This is located on the first floor of our house with a completely separate unit and entrance. We do live upstairs. There are granite countertops and the kitchen is equipped for guests to create special meals during their stay. New floors are accenting this warm space. There is one queen bed in a separate bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. You will probably hear noise from upstairs. The furnace and water pump are in the bathroom and can be noisy.

We have been working on restoring this house, listed on Vermont's registry of historic homes, for a dozen years now. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, and one spacious bedroom. The Loft, is located in a private agricultural setting with easy access to Vermont's best biking, hiking, fly fishing, skiing, and many equine trails. The loft is 900 square feet with a kitchen/dining room, living room, full bath, one bedroom with a queen bed and one twin bed. There is a spacious deck off the kitchen and a car port underneath.

We am also located a mile from the NY border and the entrance to Lake George and the Adirondacks.

Our cozy apartment is located on a beautiful hilltop farm with views out from the porch across horse pasture and to the mountains as far away as New Hampshire. There are over 100 acres of field to walk through as well as a mile long trail running down through our property. We are 15 minutes from Chester, Ludlow and Weston. We also have very fast internet!
