Fish & Hunt Delaware County and reconnect with nature in this rustic OFF GRID cabin out in the woods. This converted hunting cabin boasts beautiful views, simple living and not a soul in sight. Come enjoy the peace and quiet on the large covered deck overlooking the Catskills, or walking the 120 acres of wooded trails surrounding the cabin. **Cabin is only accessible via a 1/2mile-long seasonal dirt driveway. YOU MUST HAVE AN ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE WITH GROUND CLEARANCE (ie: truck, SUV, etc).

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is close but not attached (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv used with your accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact/need anything.

The tent has 1 queen bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!
