Nice and peaceful place to take your time off with family or friends! Pilkus Holiday Home is located in a renovated stone manor garden. The daily convenience of the house is connected by the work of masters of masters ofthe time in the house. Outside, it is possible to grill, play volleyball, swim in the pond, enjoy the outdoor sauna. In the ground floor there is a lounge with fireplace, TV, electric sauna, shower, kitchenette, toilet. On the 2nd floor 3 double rooms and one triple room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed, toilet.

Welcome to our spacious and cozy villa on the shore of the Virgin Lake, just a short walk from Lake Pühajärvi and Otepää. The villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with a teppanyaki grill, a large dining table and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's room with a bunk bed and toys. The house has a total of 4 WC-bathrooms. A nice bonus is also a sauna. Enjoy beautiful lake views from the deck, nearby hiking trails, swimming holes, and ski resorts.

Sauna house is for additional fee (50-100eur per day, depending per season. 2ppl can sleep there (double sofa bed). No linen and towels provided.

Veeda meeldejääv puhkus hubases ja rahulikus Ojavere puhkemajas. Tegemist on vana mõisa teenijate majaga, mis on nüüdseks renoveeritud. Maja on ehitatud aga 19.sajandi alguses. Siin on rahulik ja vaikne ning maja on puhkamiseks ideaalne. Hoovist voolab ka läbi pisike oja, mille vulinat on lõõgastav kuulata. Lähedal asuvad: Võrtsjärv (10km), Kuutsemägi (12km), Pühajärv (14km) Bensiinijaam on ~200m ulatuses ja küla pood ~2km ulatuses. Läheduses veel ka ujumiseks kaks järve ja seenemetsad.

It is fully equipped and offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has an entrance hall, living room, modern kitchen, cozy sitting area with fireplace, heating, patio doors to a beautiful wooden terrace. The bathroom has a room with sink and a room with shower and toilet. In the spacious light attic you will find a spacious double bed.
