The log house has fresh air, you get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. We don't have ice bears on the streets, not at all. What we have is a fresh, green and humid nature. The temperature approx. +20 and a bit cooler nights. Swimming, forest walkings, rowing boat and our especially friendly way to take care of our foreign guests. This is Finland, only 4 hours flight from your home.

Renovated, cosy and spacy 124 sqm villa!

This unique villa fits perfectly to families or several couples. The house is from 1960ies, and represents Alvar Aalto style. There is a separate sauna building with wood burning stove - after the sauna you can chill on 70 sqm terrace and grill yourself a nice dinner listening to the birds singing! The surroundings of the house are very appreciated and calm - however, the bus stops are located only a few hundred meters away! It takes ca 30 minutes to travel to Helsinki City center.
