Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Located in the historic Washington Square District, the double lot and buildings were owned by the Reid family, founders of Reid & Company hardware established in the late 1800s. The Reid family owned the property for fifty years before transferring to the Tanner family who also lived in the house for decades.
