Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom cottage with rain shower, queen-size bed, campfire pit and swimming lakes. Our guests say this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the edge of the district of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the expanse of nature, social gatherings in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby town of Greifswald. The half of the house offers 120 m² of living space on two complete floors.

Cozy holiday bungalow (43 m²) on Usedom. The house is located with 2 other houses on a 14000 m² communal forest property, which is located on the banks of the Krumminer Wiek. One double bedroom, another room with bunk bed and a living room with pull-out sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. In the middle of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - idyllically located and surrounded by forests and lakes – lies our listed farm. The uniquely quiet location invites you to linger. Our vacation apartments have been completely newly built into traditional solid oak factory construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances. The description refers to the smaller apartment.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

House Kornblume. Your home on Rügen.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
