This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

A 17-person house in Siła, on Lake Wulpińskie, 12 km from Olsztyn, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. Included in the price of our house, you can use our pier, boats, pedal boats, kayaks, sailboats, as well as SUP boards. The house is very comfortable, spacious, perfect for relaxing with families! It is heated, year-round, you can organize Christmas, New Year's Eve or other special events such as birthdays.
