Närhet till friluftscenter, friluftsbad, sjöar med möjlighet till bad, paddling och fiske. Med bil når du snabbt bl.a. Wanås konstpark och Åhus sandstränder.

Welcome to the paradise by the lake! Here you can enjoy a modern and cozy cottage with access to a private beach, boats, jetty on the lake and a sauna. The cottage lies a few meters from the lakeside and has wondrous views across the lake. You will have private access to the beach and the lands around the cabin and you can enjoy things like games, canoes, row boats and grills. The lake Immeln is the third largest in Skåne, it has hundreds of lakes you can visit and the area is unspoiled.

Huset är välskött och har de faciliteter som behövs för en behaglig vistelse. På tomten finns en badvänlig damm med en batteridriven flotte. Det finns en vedeldad badtunna för 10 personer. I källaren finns ett stämningsfullt och uppvärmt rum där champagne kan avnjutas. Uteplatsen och de stora gräsmattorna inbjuder till avkoppling och lek..
