Ett paradis med otrolig sjöutsikt, nära Grinda. 3 sovrum, vardagsrum med spiskasett och bäddsoffa extra sovplats , kök, tvättrum med förbrännings toalett, dusch och bastu. Parkeringsplats på Ljusterö, där båt finns för att ta sig till fritidshuset som är beläget på Västerholmen ca 800 m , båtvana erfodras. Roddbåt med 9 hk motor och flytvästar ingår. Handukar och lakan finns att hyra.

Cosy little house by the sea close to Stockholm

Cosy little house on large property only 300m from a small sandy beach and 30 min drive into central Stockholm. You can partly see the sea from the house and as we are situated by the waterway into Stockholm you can see the ferries going by. Completely renovated in 2012 with new kitchen and bathroom and all-year-round isolation and heating. Continuously updated and partly new furniture in 2022. Come stay in the archipelago but enjoy the convenience of being on the mainland!

Our cabin is located at big island called Ljusterö, about 60km from Stockholm center. You cross the sea with car ferry (free of charge). There is a food store, restaurants, golf, museums at the island. A short walk away from the cottage (maybe 400 meters) there is a small common beach. Private sauna at the property. No running water, all water must be fetched from a public well located approximately 200 meters from the house. Eco toilet in garden house.

Miljöerna i vårt närområde är genuina och kanske skärgårdens vackraste plats. Huset är inrett i gammal sekelskiftesstil men med alla moderna bekvämligheter som gör ditt besök här till en mycket skön vistelse.
