Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Egen trädgårdsdel där lummiga lövträd och Rydebäcken ger gräns till golfbanan. 500m åt väster finner du sandstranden som inbjuder till bad eller promenad. Vattenkvaliten är i toppklass med blå flagg som erkännande. Lägenheten på ca 50m2 är nyrenoverad och erbjuder kök / allrum, två sovrum, hall samt badrum. Huset ligger i ett lugnt och kulturskyddat område i centrala Landskrona. Parkering kan göras i området, dock ej avgiftsfri utan kostar SEK2/timme dygnet runt. Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i ett tvåfamiljshus, där värdparet bor i lägenheten ovanför. Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.
