Mulighet for overnatting på sovesofa i stuen for en person (barn under 12 år to personer). Fin uteplass. Leilighet ligger nær t-bane (3 minutter) og gratis gateparkering. T-banen bruker 18 minutter til sentrum. Flere dagligvarebutikker ligger 600m unna. Kort vei til skog og mark, med innsjøer man kan badet i. På vinteren kan man gå på ski og skøyter.

The apartment is located in a detached house, but with a separate entrance. Well insulated. Free parking in the road. Great location

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 160 cm Doppelbett und einem 140 cm Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Esstisch und Kleiderschrank. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein neues Badezimmer mit Regendusche und Waschmaschine. Das Appartement ist eine eigene Wohnung in unserem Haus und hat Aussicht ins Grüne.

Relax in this modern 82 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. It is a short walk to the subway (9 min) and shopping center (6 min). The journey time with the subway to Oslo S is 12 minutes. Borders a large open area with forest and close to the "Østensjøvannet" bird reserve. 5 minute walk to the new, fantastic, indoor swimming facility.

Private studio with a view, that is 20 min away on foot from central station and Opera house. It is my kids' room normally but I rent it out as a studio (private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom) when they are away. Nothing is shared with me or someone else. Just for you to know that I am paying taxes from my Airbnb income in full, as I should :)
