Modern guest suite in a separate part of a single-family home built in 2022. Central location with bus stop 100 meters from the house that takes you to Oslo city centre. The guest suite is 28 sqm and is rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Included in the rent is also TV with chromecast, towels, linens and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 min will take you to Oslo city centre. The bus departs every 15 minutes.

The apartment is in the basement of the house we live in. We are a family of 4 and a small dog that lives in the rest of the house. Normal noise level from a family is to be expected. Located right by the subway and bus. 2 shopping centers, football field, skate park, Manglerud bad. Short distance to Ekebergsletta so great for family of 4 during the Norway cup. Sofa bed in the living room that is 142 cm in bed width. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80 cm each. Can be placed next to each other or stand alone. Linen and towels are included.

The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.
