Beautiful end terraced house on three floors | 2.5 bathrooms | private outdoor spaces! Modern, minimalist, by Ljanselva, right in the middle between Mortensrud and Hauketo. About 20 min from the city center by public transport, and 45 min from the airport (check ruter dot no) The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fixed garage with possibility for extra parking space. Beds: 180 cm bed, 150 cm bed and 120 cm sofa bed. For 7 people: extra guest bed in the living room will be prepared. We provide bed linen and towels. Feel at home, but treat our home nicely!

Child-friendly residential area within walking distance to the lake and beach. The forest is right by the house. It is a short distance to the shopping center. Oslo is a short ferry ride away and the bus stop is a 4-minute walk from the house. In Nesodden there are many activities such as frisbee golf, skate ramp, coastal path, cafes and restaurants, a gourmet restaurant on the waterfront. Many beaches around the entire peninsula. The amusement park Tusenfryd is about 20 minutes away by car. Driving to Oslo takes about 50 minutes and to Drøbak about 30 minutes.

The townhouse is located in Abildsø/Oslo. 15 min bus ride to the Opera and Oslo S and Sørenga bathing area!! Right by Østensjøvannet and 15 min walk to Nøklevann with swimming opportunities. The bus stop is 1 minute from the house and 10 minutes to the subway. It is car-free outside the house and playground 30 meters down our street. Abildsø is experienced centrally to the city (many bicycles to the city center), but at the same time quiet and rural. I have lived here for 13 years and love it!! You are very welcome! Our 2019 renovated home is neatly located a 15 minute subway ride from Central Oslo, and only a 10 minute hike to the closest lake in the forest. Comes with a big closed in garden on both sides and is very safe for kids. On the west pointing side there’s a patio with a bbq and a meal lounge, where sun shines until the last hour of the day. The house is available with three bedrooms, where two of them have double beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. There’s also a baby bed available.
