Up in the height on the 5th floor you can enjoy the sun on the balcony between with lovely views of quiet surroundings at Oppsal. Østmarka is a stone's throw away, and it is only 10 minutes to walk to the subway. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 150-bed, and a loft with 120-bed, and the apartment is 37 square meters. Arrival: Metro number 3 towards Mortensrud from the city center. The subway takes 16 minutes from Jernbanetorget. Then 10 minutes walk to the address. PS: The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator.

Fin og moderne leilighet med fult kjøkken som er godt utstyrt. Flott og romslig bad, med dusj og vaskemaskin. Soverom med 160 cm dobbeltseng. Mulighet for overnatting på sovesofa i stuen for en person (barn under 12 år to personer). Fin uteplass. Leilighet ligger nær t-bane (3 minutter) og gratis gateparkering. T-banen bruker 18 minutter til sentrum. Flere dagligvarebutikker ligger 600m unna. Kort vei til skog og mark, med innsjøer man kan badet i. På vinteren kan man gå på ski og skøyter.

Fully furnished and comes with all appliances and equipment: stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Fully equipped with plates, pans, cutlery, etc: everything you need. Underfloor heating. The apartment is located in a detached house, but with a separate entrance. Well insulated. Free parking in the road. Great location
