The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. The 53 sqm apartment is located on the south side in a listed farm (rural location) that is no longer used for agricultural purposes. For entertainment, satellite TV, a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with radio and a DVD player are available. Wi-Fi is available, but the transmission rate is very poor. Garden terrace use and barbecuing is possible by arrangement.

My apartment is quietly located in a side street on the upper floor of a detached house with a separate entrance. The apartment is continuously being renovated and furnished with new furniture.

Consisting of a living area with a sofa bed, cooking and dining area, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/toilet adjacent to the bedroom, it can accommodate up to three people.

The ground floor apartment with terrace is south facing with views of the spacious garden and the surrounding fields. Historic ceiling beams were installed and the color scheme was done according to restorative findings from the front. The cozy alcove is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.
